They had the stupidity to say our coach was a poor representation of the MFC (What a bunch of wankers) just because they had a player playing his last game throwing elbows & late hits ( Good on him picking on the little blokes) Our coach said his peace! In my eyes anything wrong with that NO....
However if that's the way number 1 wants to go out good on him!!! You get more respect by leading by example rather than by being a Dick....(Way to go out)

Are you sure it was number one? A tall fella?
How do you know he's retiring?

Was there only one umpire?Johno6 wrote:lets just say they lived up to expectations.
one of the dirtiest acts I have ever seen on a footy field.
don't wanna say too much, but if their ump didn't report him its an absolute joke.

Better chance of your ump reporting than theirs and I don't think it matters which umpire is in control of the match at the time, both can report.Johno6 wrote:nope
so im hoping our ump reported it if theirs didn't.
but it happened directly in front of the Salisbury ump, so im assuming he is the one who would put in the report?
and if he doesn't then its up to or ump?
im not 100% sure how it all works

I wasn't at the club long on Saturday night so haven't heard of an incident.
Our club doesn't stand for anything sinister, so if there was an issue I'm sure it will be dealt with. Was good to hear that other guys were condemning any alleged action, as this is more what our club is about.

There umpire came in our rooms after the game and said that the player in question had been reported by an saafl official... I'm still waiting to see the out come from that? this was the last game of the first round. Did he just say that in hope our umpire didn't report him?
Salisbury might get on here saying not good enough and will be dealt with in-house
WILL IT????
