That doesnt surprise me about Dunbar breaking his wrist/arm -- that bloke is hard as nails, & one of the hardest blokes ive seen in the last 5 years

One of the best memories of Dunny playing is when we were out at pooraka 1 day, i played B's, our runner in the a grade got sent off for the rest of the game due to the umpires not liking the advice he gave them, lol. I filled in and had to give him the message " next time number ... gets his head over the ball, take the fu..... thing off" was hard catching up to him to give him the message, but when i did, the look on his face was priceless, like a kid at christmas :D

Is it me or are Seaton going to lack depth once again in 2007, i mean with pending departures of some quality players like Lynch, Walshy, Marshall & Gowers?

Too me it looks like a lean year with not much to celebrate!

Gower and Marshall are staying, have signed a ruckman who would have been in front of Walsh next year, always miss a player like Lynch.

Aint michael fanny & gowers like great mates.... I cant believe M fanny left......

P.s I have no issues with SP.......... I just recon M Brant was given a rough run considering he had a good year with the club & now they find themself back in Div 2.

They better do some serious recruiting....

What are the chances of getting big jeremy jacques back at the club....... Where is he these days.... Is he still with west.

Your above comment who is that referring to....

Has little silky smooth ricky egnar ( I think thats how you spell his last name ) left with little fanny or is he staying with the rams.....

Is it true that ryan harvey might not be continuing on in 2007 because of a certain injury to his hand. has he signed with the club..... can you confirm that..... He is alittle like dunbar (hard as nails) can play up forward or back.

Has big ashley place signed as yet cause i heard that he is looking elsewhere..... Apparently he hasnt been out to training yet..
Get him signed hodgey..... he is a valuable player for your 2007 campaign.

I would like to see S coard, captain that side next year...... He is a gun

Hopefully this time newman you can answer all my questions....... :)

Gee cruzn I'll try my best. Have rang my source and they havent seen Ricky Edgar or Ash Place as of yet but he seems to think that both will play in 07. Gowers is close mates with Fenney and Christofis but has signed with Ramblers. Sean Coard will captain the side in 07 as he did in 06. Ryan Harvey is tossing up between retiring or playing but is not injured. Not sure bout Jeremy Jaques dont think he is a chance as Westies is probably the safest bet to get a league game at the moment. Hope this has satisfied your thirst for Ramblers information.

Newman - You've done well....

I didnt know that about coardy - Good on him, he deserves it.... Just like the whole family (they love that club).... Was mark hawkins captain start of 2006 & then he did his knee & then did coardy take over from there or was he appointed captain from the beginning of the year.....

I cant believe Big Al allowed Christofis to get away...... I would of had him signed at round 15 -16 to secure him for next year but i guess who would of thought..... Rumour has it that christofis is offered $200 agame includ $10 agoal..... Yeah right where does port districts get the money from. Does anyone know if alf steed is playing on next year.... im sure he aint playing for peanuts out there.....

Christofis, M. Fenney and Muscara are training with Pt Districts. S, Fenney to stay at Seaton.

Hawks was captain from the start of the year, after knee was co captains for about 6 games (Lynch, Thompson & Coard) players choice was to let Coardy be the captain for remainder of year.

Gower and Fenney's are not just good mated but actually cousins.

Placey was at training last week.

Captains havent been decided upon or even discussed yet, but Coard is a very short price favourite.

Hosey was Scott's choice to bring him.
