And didnt see the grassroots footy show last night?

Sportsbeat will be online this year as will Grass Roots - a very different format. Rather than spend an hour rattling off tips, it'll will be predominantly on location and be club based and be released in "grabs" of about 5-7 mins each, meaning you can watch as little or as much as you like - They'll be downloaded to the SAAFL page on YouTube periodically so you'll be able to watch it from your phone.

First of the new shows will be out next week - don't expect great things though, I'm sure it'll all come together eventually though.

Just on that, if anyone has any ideas for the new show, please PM me, be it a more serious side to the show or on ways we can ham it up a bit ;)

Hi All,

We have had a couple of clubs call regarding the number of players showing in the selected list in Footyweb. As a result we contacted Sporting Pulse who advised that the best solution is to download the web browser Mozilla Firefox. There is a known issue with Microsoft Internet Explorer so the best way forward is to download Mozilla Firefox. We have tested this fix by downloading Firefox and are pleased to advise that the issue is resolved.

I have pasted the link below for the free download of Firefox.

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/ - select ‘Firefox Free Download’

When you are asked if you want to save the file titled ‘Firefox Setup 11.0.exe’ please click YES. This will ensure the file is downloaded and saved to your laptop or PC for future reference.

Follow the instructions to download Firefox to your computer.

Once you have completed the download (about 10-20 minutes max) – please ensure you use Firefox to access Footyweb in future.

Many thanks, good luck and all the best for this weekend.

Kind regards,
Georgie

Agreed, Kylie has been a massive help to us at North Haven over the last few weeks.

Im still not 100% certain we got it all right
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

One problem i noticed and im not sure if it is final as yet, was the player points.
We had guys showing up to be worth more than what they are, we also had guys who had points against them that was different than there Rego in Sportingpulse.

Also had some blokes who hadn't dropped a point for the new season.

Any idea when the points will be fixed?

Anyone know whats going on with teams for this week on Sporting Pulse?

Also, does anyone know how to check old results from previous years on the new site?

Waiting to find out what the hold up is with the teams - will let you know once I know

Previous years results we are waiting on Sporting Pulse to transfer the data over - no idea when they will complete it
