Get this all C and D grade teams playing in Div 7 play time on but there B grade who are playing Div 1 res or Div 2 res are not.
im sure Div 1 and 2 res is a better standard then div 7 but is it structured as a better competition?
for a sides 3rd team to be playing longer quarters then there second team doesn't make sence.

Dry your eyes. How does whether they use the current format or the proposed format change if a club does or doesn't know how many teams they'll have.Yank Man wrote:The League tries to tinker with every year. If they do go down this path you can bet it we a shambles again. Some clubs would not even know how many teams they will finish up with until Feb or March. Flinders Park look like being in Div 7 along with SHOC staying in as well. With the proposal to start the minor round on 31st March again everything could change two weeks before the season. wish they would just leave it alone.

Well say 6 teams don't get a D Grade side up and running and they were pencilled in for this proposed division it would kind of ruin it if they all pulled out. Less disruptive if all those sides just got removed from a C grade division IMO

What if a bus hits you tomorrow morning on the way to work. Give me a spellYank Man wrote:Correct. What if a team pulls out of Div 6 and a team pulls out of Div 7, and this happened in 2011, then Div 8 becomes a nightmare. It's just a point of view and frankly Div 7 is hard enough to manage, ie, 9 teams in 2011, so why add to the pressure with programming. If clubs with C's and D's wish to be Div 8 then fantastic because it would great to play together, but be prepared by season start to end up with maybe a 6 or 7 or 8 team comp. P.S. my eyes are perfectly dry and I thought The Riddler was looking for open comments. HaHaHa.
