Sandwich boards and a big banner on Bridge rd to try and attract new players to the club.........desperate measures!! Plenty on the track I hear.......pity they're all Under 18's!!! Such a shame to see such a good club turn bad in such a short time. What's going so horribly wrong at the Paddocks????
What is your problem Former Roo? All you do is come on here and bad mouth the club.
So what if a club puts up a banner trying to attract potential new players to play at the club? So what if a club has under 18s training with the seniors trying to better themselves? I dont think thats a problem at all. What is a problem is F##kwits like you coming on a forum and taking pot shots at a club who are trying to rebuild their list.
Pretty sure Gaza has a big sign out the front on North East Road advertising for players so if it's good enough for the Div 1 premiers I can't see why any other club can't do it.... I also don't see too much downside in having alot of under 18's out on the track for you. They are always keen, reasonably fit and are the future of most clubs and something to build on.
Good luck to Para Hills this year, hope u guys, like us, have a better 2012
I'd rather have plenty of U18's on the track that in a year or two won't cost you any points and are hardened club players than a whole heap of time wasters that have been paid $$ to be there and don't give a rats about your club!
Plus, the cost of a few banners is minimal and works extremely well.
Former Roo, sounds like sour grapes buddy, maybe you should look at building on your new club and not be to concered about what is happening down the road. remeber it was your choice.
