em then it will be like playing at semaphore beach with the water running over the top of all the sand patches on the oval. with the cricket pitch in the middle perhaps the xxxx beach cricket season could be played there at havens :lol:

Its like a Rock all year round. There are plenty of guys around that have ankle/leg problems such as shin splints because of it, so for someone from an opposition club to say they have some kind of problem after playing there is very understandable. I personally get sore achillies/lower calves after a game and training because of it.

hey LM what's the scoop for this week, ins, outs, team placements, players for us to watch etc etc :)

how did you guys pull up after saturday from your oval i know how boys were quite sore

our lads are used to it.
if you guys didn't run amok and kick 8.6 to zip in the last quarter you might not have been so sore :)

It isnt just the A grade...we have 3 guys out of the B grade this week who hurt their ankles last weekend....could just be a coincidence...I know my knee and ankles were sore after the game but im a little soft like that!

coincidence mate. 84 players went over that ground during the day and 84*9 last year etc etc.

Me personally you cant blame the clubs at all... The blame has to be layed soley on the council.. I know at neighbouring councils they have upped the watering times on playiong feilds and also do a LOT MORE maintenance on the ovals..IE coring gypsun scarifying and the likes... Perhaps someone has to hurt themselves seriously before they wake up to themselves??? ~x( =;

Any truth in the story that NHFC had a falling out with the council and this is why the oval is not looked after as it should be?

Well you will notice that Rosewater and North Haven are both in Port Adelaide Enfield Council area and despite paying some of the highest oval usage rates get no service whatsoever, the clubs are powerless to do anything about it. Although I did see the council on Port Dstricts oval spraying it and laying soil during the week, I guess we must be next week............................
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

If its the same Jaenschy that taught Geography at St. Michaels for a couple years then im sure he wouldn't have led you astray, top bloke let us do whatever we wanted on Year 11 Geography Camp, which im sure Ryan Summerton and Blake Davis from North Haven FC will be eternally grateful for
