well i feel sorry for the dude/s who gotta configure 2 separate ladders manually come round 14 and there after, and tweak shit to suit 100 points here and 2 pools there and cease the div 7 ladder, 3 weeks of pain coming up for someone

im hoping a pool 2 team wins all games and sits top 3 on the overall ladder but has to play the elimination final away and loses and gets eliminated haha

Ladder Rd 7
14 - St Pauls OS
10 - Houghton
10 - Central United
08 - Mawson Lakes
---------------------------
06 - Adelaide Lutheran
06 - Greenacres
02 - Mitchell Park
00 - Flinders Uni

Assuming the second round of games follows similar pattern to the first:

Ladder Rd 14
28 - St Pauls
20 - Houghton
20 - Central United
16 - Mawson Lakes
------------------------
12 - Adelaide Lutheran
12 - Greenacres
04 - Mitchell Park
00 - Flinders Uni

Top 3 would be unable to lose their positions.. Mawson Lakes would need to lose every game and Adelaide Lutheran / Greenacres would need to win every game (they play each other also).

Mawson Lakes also lost to Greenacres early in the year - be suprised if they lost to them again - every chance that they'd finish 3 games clear in 4th... add in the current 6% difference.

What you're suggesting is highly highly unlikely (not impossible) but unlikely.

As for the ladder, it wouldn't be hard to manually configure - and they wouldn't be adding "100 pts here, 100pts there".

faaaaaark my head hurts from reading all that!! something so simple made so hard haha

Anyway looking forward to seeing St Pauls again tomorrow, see whether we have improved.. a few injuries out at the Units but to everyone's credit we are still holding together very well. The depth has been really tested and responded well so far.

Worst comment of the year at Greenacres today:

"Whatever the result is today you still have to go back and live in Houghton"

Yeah pal, median house price of $800K and nestled in the foothills, woe is life.

Greenacres the dark horse in this div? Starting to get some respectable results.. and with Uni holidays coming up soon expect Adel Lutheran to drop a few.

Criticising residential amenity when you're literally a kick away from Yatala is an interesting perspective on life.

Looks like it was all over by quarter time. Definitely a poor performance by the Units. The week break may do them some good.

St. Paul’s look a fair way ahead of everyone else at the moment.
Units were missing 8-10 guys who would all be in the starting 18.
Def wouldn’t have won satday with them but certainly wouldn’t have been
A 15 goal loss .
