You beat me to it Andy#24 about CAPSLOCK. Maybe he thinks that if he types in capitals then we have to believe him. If the observer doesnt like wyhat he is observing then maybe he should observe another division. I too have been informed on the car situation by a couple of his teamates from last year, not sure why they would b*llshit.

i have been told and once again it is a rumour
it is not a new commodore
oldish but not vb oldish
vs maybe?
Oh horse get a grip mate ....the only vb is the one he drinks, as the official observer i assure u and everyone that after some checking no car was bought for anyone thats just crazy stuff .....for the record spies tell me player mentioned rides a motor bike ...so there you go
Was told last night from an extremely reliable resource that this guy definatly recieved a Car worth 5000 bucks to play at CLG.
Well that would fit the mold of and oldish commodore. You say your source is reliable, but still hard to believe that a club would do this for a player. But then again, quite possible as well.
This car has nothing to do with the ANZAC Day prize for the Brahma v West Croydon game does it? Or didn't Greeny read the fine print

How good is this bloke anyway? He's "allegedly" been given a car and has 14 pages on the forum dedicated to him?? It's no different to them paying him $200 or so a game really which wouldn't be the first time someone's been paid that much in div 6 i'm sure

Good luck to him i reckon

I thought the oval was unusualy green and lush for this time of year. In the past when i have played cricket there it has been somewhat of a dustbowl and you are dodging tumblweed. No water restrictions out there?

We use bore water as the Bartman said, but we also had a new sprinkler system put in a few years back that's just starting to show the results we'd hoped for.

Do you remember the day we played you blokes (WC) in the rain at the valley and the sprinklers decided to come on halfway through the 3rd quarter? They still had a few bugs in the sytem!!
But you're right, the oval is very lush and probably the best i've seen it at this time of the year
in a long time. Can't wait to start training on it to give my ankles a rest (sorry riddler!!)
