Interested to hear from the Portland boys how they think there going to win this week ?? With your best tall forward going down last week (i know he hasnt played all year) and missing moody i think its going to be hard to change the result from a few weeks ago. Wareing will have to kick a bag if your going to get close.

as good as lippo was last week it was his first game that he has influenced this years as he has only played 3 and i think its fair to say we have gone pretty well without him, Young Dammon Mccoloch was very stiff to be ommitted last week and is a quality young forward, and after training tuesday night another big forward is pushing for a spot so by no stretch doom and gloom and with the return of Birdy that should cover the whole moods left.

in a perfect world with lippo and moods fireing our side is much better but obviously at this time of the year every club gets injuries and you have to deal with it.
im sure Iggies wont have a full list to choose from either as i have heard whiteman will struggle to get up.

Didn't he have to play 4 in the minor round to qualify?

played 3 games in lower grades, think you might find he played full forward in the C grade for a quarter against your mob :D

hope or think???
and nothing wrong with thinking you will win, need to have some self belief and confidence.
Far from won at the moment with Lipson out, was sensational last week.
If we play our best footy, I think we are good enough to win!

Thanks for the very insightful post fisty....so with the power of the mind you guys are a sure thing this week.

Stevey, do you really expect the portland boys to come on here and announce all the things they are going to try just so Iggies can be ready for them?
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

Sorry i forgot that the coaching staff read the mindless dribble that goes on here and then use the information gained in developing a game plan. Portland's plan is to get Andy Thorton to beat everyone up as they come out the dressing rooms so can you let all the Iggies boys know so they can be ready.

are you part of the coaching pannel steve, or have you got inside information to our game plan becasue that is exactly what the plan was.
maybe the 2 clubs you lurk around, yet claim to have no involvement with should have employed this tactic and both may have avoided relegation ;)

Get a grip on yourself HH. If for whatever reason we do not get any further than next week, i cant wait for next year. I will personally pay for a certificate 4 in reasonable behaviour when one goes to or is around Mitcham players/Supporters for each and every person that is associated with our club. Will that make you happy sweetheart? Or would you like me to speak to all our parole officers and get an extension on our distance rates so we cant travel any further than Alberton.

I am not a Mitcham supporter by any means, but mate you are a tool.

Oh okay my apologies you must be one of these spastics that talks it up on here and hasnt got the b@lls to own up to the club their with, but mate your a toss bag

Ok, this thread has become nothing but a means by which to personally attack each other (and the umpires)

There is a difference between friendly banter and the bullshit that's been produced on here in the last few days.

Until you lot can learn to have a discussion without calling each other toss bags and tools or having personal digs at others clubs this thread is closed. :?

*EDIT*

Ok, because your whinging is more annoying than your sniping, I'm re-opening the thread.

HOWEVER, THE FIRST PERSONAL ATTACK, SIGN OF TROLLING OR CRACK AT THE UMPS I SEE FROM ANYONE WILL ENSURE THE RE-CLOSURE OF THIS THREAD

Bit of a strain in the medial?

Meh, if he was serious, he'd have a cortisone, strap it up and play on
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

Would Old Iggies like to change the venue for tommorow to the Thunder Dome??
We will close the roof so the weather wont effect the game and the supporters wont get wet either?!
PM me if you want and ill try and organise it.

I think this rain might help Portland tomorrow if the game is turned into a scrappy slog, might negate the influence of White
