Congrats to Scotty McPherson and Shaun Rowe for winning our A Grade B&F and finishing runner-up respectively. Great signs for the future with two teenagers having such consistent years, hopefully the more mature guys can get back to that level next year, and we can be back up here in 2011.

Yeah I reckon he did at that! Not much point them having them if noone's coming through the doors to use them though.
A bigger question is, what will they do with the coin they get for them if they sell their biggest asset????

Big upsets in the Div 3 GFS. SPOC won the B's by 10 pts and Walkies won the A' by 30 pts. Not many people would've predicted these results

With Old Iggies winning the C grade GF over SMOSH, big upsets in all 3 games played today. Just shows that finishing top at the end of the minor round means very little.

SPOC will be a bit disappointed. 3 GFs for 1 win. mind you their b's winning is a pretty big upset.

Congrats to Walkies on their win on the weekend. A fantastic reward for them after having the guts to stay up in Div 3 a couple of years back after finishing in the relegation zone.

A grade - SPOC to beat Walkies, i reckon it might end up a blow out, 6-8 goals. SPOC have been the team to beat all year, and i reckon they have been cruising, in readiness for GF day.

B grade - Walkies to beat SPOC, similar story to above.

C grade - SMOSH to get over Iggies, in another blow out i reckon. Good bunch of blokes in SMOSH's C grade, and hope they get over the line.

0-3 for me

Good work by the winners, especially Walkies A grade.

Congrats to Walkerville A's winning yesterday. Not bad for a side that is suspect when put under physical pressure, hey felch!

Also poor form by SPOC's A grade coach for not going into walkies change rooms after the game?

middle of the year would have looked like Portland would be going down not Woody South
Only other real change may have been Walkerville staying down and Para Hills or SMOSH being the promoted team!
