North Haven have the cattle and depth to be a solid side next year, just appear to lack consistency.. They should have won by more against Rosies on the weekend, but poor kicking for goal early kept us in the game..

Was a game played in good spirits, as you'd expect a dead rubber to be, and I hope we adequately returned the favour of the full side having a beer after the game in the clubrooms, they were easily the best represented club in our rooms after our home game, so we made a concerted effort to return the favour..

Round 18, heritage day, battle of the relegated clubs at the opening of our new clubrooms, we havent had much to be excited about this season, but this week is certainly something to look forward too..

Good luck to all teams participating in finals, for what its worth, my tip is a Brahma Lodge v Lutheran GF, with Luthies getting the job done in a close one

Well I know we had some rain today, but Hope Valley Oval is the wettest its been in my 6 years at the club. Triple header Saturday will top it off just nicely ;)
Glad not playing at Houghton Saturday if the Valley is that wet :D

Luthies would be happy to be playing up there against a tough side while looking for percentage to take top spot should brahma also win and by a small margin

I see North Haven have named a coach for next year. Quick appointment, what's his background? Be nice for Havens to finish on a winning note this week

Is it true Hope Valley are having cheerleaders before their game on Saturday?
girls always end up crying when playing games with boys...especially when not smart enough

I don't think the oval will be in any condition to have anyone on it, let alone any form of cheerleader on it, just quietly...

and I reckon they may have been talking about REAL cheerleaders...which I definately ain't

That would be funny, we get stuck into CLG a few years back for having cheerleaders, now we might be having some...
