Good on them but won't make any difference though....SHOC v Mitchell Park GF mark it down now! The rest will be making up numbers. Still a disgrace SHOC are staying down IMO but hey that's yet another topic in itself, don't want to open another can of worms!

Bit early to be calling a GF now DKL. Im told confidently by a person who'd know, Angle Vale will be big improvers this year.

Like I said mark it down. I'm sure every coach especially a new one (like Angle Vales) at this time of year thinks they'll be big improvers & a premiership threat but I can tell u now Mitchell Park & SHOC (even with a couple guys not playing next year) will be the 2 teams the others will be chasing.

Not sure how you could justify Mitchell Park being ahead of Angle Vale. They accounted for us pretty easily late in the year and have reportedly recruited well again, MP would have to find 10 goals and then some to match them.

Angle Vale and SHOC are at much shorter odds than us...

I saw some Div 7 games last year & I bet if u ask the top 2 from last year who'd they'd rather not play out of AV or MP, guarantee they'd both say MP. IMO opinion AV overachieved last season & it show'd in the prelim with them getting absolutely smashed! MP have an experienced coach who is proven & knows his stuff, no doubt he'll have them up & about and would have recruited very well. Don't get me wrong AV have a good young team & will def be around the mark I just think SHOC & MP are better.

 Not to mention TTG who have done well in recruiting up above, which will see players come back down, Flinders Pk coming off C3 and C6 flags and the word from Flinders Uni is new coach and new players so who knows. This div will be a belter so think we should call the final two in September aye. :)

North Pines lost the captain robbo only gained up to 7 players from very high standard leagues.

Pretty sure Pines lost Sansbury and Newchurch*2 as well no? And would that mean Rigney an unlikely starter also?

Awesome. Round 1 TTG v Angle Vale, Round 2 Angle Vale v MP, Round 3 MP v Nth Pines, Round 4 SHOC v HaHaHaHa, so far Shoc are undefeated AGAIN. Nice draw if it stays that way.

If the fixture stays as it is MP v Smithfield, Henley v Flin pk, Modbury v Nth Pines, Flin Uni v SHOC. Reckon if I was Foxtel I'd want to be at Elliott Goodger Pk.

Not sure about Sansbury but I've heard after months of shopping himself around and not being able to find a club that suits his 'lack of training' ethic along with the money he asked for D.Newchurch has decided to stay at North Pines and may only play B Grade with his brothers.

I know the coach (I think A Grade) from Flinders is coaching the B's at Rosewater and has taken about 6 Crabs with him.

Apparently they are a shoe in, in Div 5 Reserve
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

 There wouldn't have been 6 worth taking from the Crabs! Having said that if true i'd expect The Crabs to be even worse in 2012.

Im told a couple are good enough to play A's but ive never seen the Crabs in action. Iwould assume that a team losing by those margins can't afford to lose 6 players so you might be spot on there

 They wouldn't have had 1 player who would have made the A grade team of any of the top 5 sides in Div 7 last year let alone any that could play in Div 5 this year!
