Pretty p!ss-weak by you GG lads, getting on here in the last fortnight and bagging blokes. Where were you during the year ? You only got on here when you knew you were in a GF...'Front-runners' is the phrase that springs to mind.

No probs at all with getting on here and taking the p!ss out of each other, and pumping up your own tyres - great achievement getting 3 sides into GF's.

But taking pot-shots at blokes who have been on here all year, through wins and losses, is just pathetic. Pay your dues lads.

End of rant, play on... 8)

Hope you dont think im worthy of the same criticism felch.
I dont think i have been anything but objective all year.

Sorry Felch but if you get on here and make comments you open yourself up to responses from anyone. Thought you'd know that... Win, lose, draw, newcomers, regular posters. Whoever. It makes no difference. I hardly think think that just because of a few of the lads have 'joined' the forum over the last few weeks makes us 'front runners'. That be clutching at straws my friend.....
And I'd hardly say a bit of harmless banter rates as 'pot-shots', 'pathetic', 'bagging blokes' and any other description you can dig up. I think you'd find a few other threads display these tendencies at a much greater level. If we invade one of your threads and talk out of our asses then fair enough, but we are playing in our own yard so I see no problem. Give some, get some.

Running is over-rated... Get yourself in a team with some young kids, park your ass at FF and wait for them to kick it to you !! Simple !!

Sheez mate.... at 19 you should be able to eat what you like, drink, root and still run like Usain Bolt !!!

Greenacres

the green and black dragons have had a great year in div 5 after a huge recruiting drive resulting in many fine players joining the boys from hicks park..the word was out that this group would be looking to play in a gf..nothing less..and so it is they are in the gf after a rollercoaster season..straight out of the blocks with good wins culminating in early season favoritism for the premiership for the dragons but a nasty patch of injuries took its toll on them early to mid season with losses to 8th placed ingle farm and smithfield, some were doubting wether geenies really had the goods..but the club responded and went on to finish second after the minor rd and having the important statistic of beating GG twice this season..a very important statistic..they also provided the div 5 medallist, tough wins in 2/3 finals has them battle hardened and confident, kick straight for the first time in the finals on saturday and it maybe over early??..a strong, uncomprimising unit they have the toughness, will power and sheer stubborness to take the points on saturday but can they overcome the energy and class GG will arrive with ?

players to watch: forth, bamford, bielby, wright, tatkovic, fitzgerald, schalehn

have a look at GG tomorow..

Nice summary Zed. I'd think accurate goal-kicking will be major factor in this game. Both teams have been a little off target of late and goals at the right time can really sink your opponent.

Will be pretty much the same I'd guess... maybe 1 inclusion... Can't say too much

If he gets through training thursday Mitch may possibly have the biggest selection headache of all time.

The question is if you drop anyone...who do you drop. I think this is a conversation best left in private
