Really.....who is going to define "slow" ball return...Good luck in getting a consensus on that one......and by serious injury do we mean a compound fracture or just some loud screaming from someone clutching his nuts.....
Why does there need to be a consensus? What is wrong with putting the power in the hands of the umpire? Surely you can tell after a goal if the ball coming back is taking a while and affecting the game time... like when everyone is standing there in position waiting and waiting.
Serious injury, no different to the way B grade is at the moment - they dont have time off, but umpires do still blow for time off when an injured player is either affecting play/going to be in the way or a stretcher/assistance from the field is required. It's not rocket science

How about we play by the rules - it's not rocket science.

These two clubs have had some great contests over the last 7 or so years when in the same division. Hopefully the conditions will clear up so that we can see a good game rather than a scrap. I'm sure neither team will mind as long as they get the 2 points. Rosewater very tough to to beat at home.
BOS were really solid in the 2nd half last week and remained disciplined and focused on the ball in the second half when the game was there to be won after Fitzroy lead by 1 point at half time. Playing well and as a team with everyone sharing the workload.

Do you reckon a BOS rep will sit with the Rosewater timekeeper Sprint?
