good kick in the butt for them and hopefully makes us work harder on the areas we need to
interesting to see how many pay the price for a poor loss with quality like Sibbick, Howe, Smith, Verbis & Unknown Source to possibly return this week ;)

I'm just glad the monkey is off of Joss & Co's backs, Joss is big on self-belief and that's what his speeches were directed at during the breaks, not about being competitve or giving it a fair crack, anything short of a win was a failure.
We should be getting a trickle of players back in the coming few weeks, not heap at once, just two or three each week for a few if all goes to plan. Now we have to shift our focus on the journey to the picturesque Daly Oval.

I think the nerves started to show in the 2nd quarter, when you guys could have iced the game but blew some chances. Should have been 8-10 goals up by the half, but the Lodge got on a roll and brought it back to 9 points. The 3 goal margin flattered the lodge, thought it should have been more like 50 points such was Smithy's dominance.

In saying that Masha, have a look at how many points BL kicked in the last quarter...

I at no stage thought we were home, you guys were pretty crisp at getting the ball forward, we seemed to have to work harder to get it up our end.

We done our homework, our match-ups were good, the belief and unity was there, our game-plan is starting to evolve and we are not a weak side as the table indicates.
We had our chances in all 3 of our losses, we just failed to capitalize on the scoreboard. Joss is a great motivator.

What is there to appeal? They played a player who wasnt registered to their club and lost the points for game.
