I think Eagles was a bigger loss for North Haven than anyone realised.
Will the coach be given another year?

IMO coaches of underperforming teams cop to much of the blame, Players need to shoulder alot more of the blame, inparticular those are putting there hand out to take money.

very fair point Piccachu
Im only going from what I have heard but the Havens coach has made some odd decisions this year and has or hasnt made some moves when prehaps they were required. Once again I havent played under him or seen enough of him to make a accurate call just going on what I have heard.
least he put his hand up when no one else wanted to the other year.
I dont think he will have the job next season.

You can not win as a coach! When the team is winning its all due to the players and when they are losing its all the coaches fault.

In saying that I know the coaching staff at North Haven would be the first to admit they are not perfect or career coaches, just remember when no one wanted the job Rowlands put his hand up and took it on. Many would agree the cattle North Haven have, should have them winning more games and being a contender as many predicted. As they say you can lead a horse to water, but you can make them drink. I think both Coaching and Playing groups should shoulder the responsibility.

The club itself since then has the most number of players ever (introducing a D Grade for the first time), B, C and D Grades are more than competitive in there Divs, and is in its strongest situation financially.

Whatever happens at the end of this year, i believe the club will be in as good shape for whoever has the reins next year.

Yep, Put his hand up when no one else had the "hows it goings" to take over a struggling team.
As for him not having the Job next year, Who could take over?
The Assistant coach lost all respect from the players 2 weeks ago when carried on like a child after a loss, showed a great deal of courage when he punch a padded rub down table and hurt his poor little hand, Surely Burridge could not be a candidate although doing a good job with the jew kickers, he is still a pelican. Rowlands to keep the job for mine.

I know spelling is not normally that important in these situations but there is a fair difference in the meaning of dew and jew.

It's the difference between being a nazi and a b grader unless of course North Havens 2's are nazi b graders.

I don't think the assistant ever had any repect from the players, but from all reports his spray was spot on and the rub down table was a lot worse off than his hand.
Maybe Rowlands needs to have a good hard look at his so called support staff or just look after it himself.
You can't argue with Burridges record and he has got them playing a good brand of footy, not boring at all. Although didn't realise he was Jew Kicker (is that racist) I am going to take the benefit of the doubt here Piccacu and put that down to yor lack of grammatical skill.

I thought i did well only making one spelling error in the whole paragraph, i have never claimed to be a smart man, but i do know what a pelican is. and i did here Josh "Hugo" Hausler played in the B's on the weekend so it was all little from column A a little from Column B ;)

So he plays one game in the B Grade and then thinks it OK to spray the A Grade after a disappointing loss. No wonder the players lost or had no respect for him.

That's a bit rich if he is running around spraying people and then expecting the A Grade to listen to him. Surely he would not be apart of their future plans Playing or Coaching?
