I think my info was pretty good seeing he trained with the club last week. And Im also led to believe that he is playing for match awards (vouchers) only. Wants to end his career where it started and just enjoy footy for a season or three.

A couple of good pickups for you then - Clive Waterhouse and Marc Cox

Spoke to there coach on Friday and he hasnt sighted Clive?

Before Madonna (pre Madonna) or pri-ma donna?

pri·ma donna (prm, prm)
n.
1. The leading woman soloist in an opera company.
2. A temperamental, conceited person.

we start next wednesday, so not sure 100% yet.

we had a meet the coach show last week and a few new/returning faces were there. which is promising. ill happily give names once they are signed up.
but i suppose the big bonus is we have been able to get quite a few lads who may or may not find themselves on the outer of ressies teams to commit to us so promising for the future if not straight away.

guys like stuwie fincher so great young players and lads too boot. (he'll prob play ressies but if not reds)

Laslett played this year, he returned from Qld around round 5 or 6 i think. He carried a few niggles for most of the year, but i can tell you he is keen for a big 2010.

I cant see Woody South pinching to many Portland blokes, and vice-versa...

Nath Martinovic has gone to Flinders park, from us. A good, honest defender but not a superstar. Had a lot expected of him this year, and fought well above his weight every week. Sorry to see him leave, but wish him all the best. He is a good lad.
