Have the found some decent support for the most underrated player in amatuers (Chris Clonan) and Pete Smith or will they battle again this year? Have heard scott klenner is back which will strengthen their defence.

I heard Adam Virgin is heading back to Portland, thats the only goss i have got.

That would be a big loss, not so much on natural ability but hardness and 1%ers. Great bloke to boot.

Spot on, great bloke and he would die for the side, hopefully he takes some A1-A2 experience back to Portland and it flushes off to some of the younger kids.

Boozehound TTG have lost Wicks back to Sturt andthat is a major loss and Pascoe.
Gepps ave lost Virgin to Portland, Henderson, Boden, Roberts and Dempsey. Roey is talking up his potential recruiting but everyone knows the reputation of Gepps and recruiting quality people will be difficult. It is like Salisbury North in that is is not a true footy club.
Broadies have kept most from last year and started training this week.

Dont support either Portland or Seaton, but like u heard same stuff round the port. gee he really was touchy over that one we both heard MERCY. often when that touchey there some truth to it maybe. Hey dont care anyways but on new years eve i was in a conversation with at least 2 of those 4 players who are going to train with seaton. maybe changed minds or something but something not right.

not stiring pot felch, only what was being said. maybe piss talk, maybe not. why be so defensive though if guys are trying to better themselves by playing a1 footy insted of down at portland. insecure and selfish maybe as well. if you were a little club like portland coouldnt blame lads for givin a1 or a2 clubs a try out. why not try port district or seaton or W-lakes. can only help there footy

Not touchy, No Mercy asked for a response, and i gave it.

For someone who reckons they 'dont care anyways' :? , you have an awful lot to say about it.

Name names, put up or shut up. I already asked you to once. 8)

Wow big losses at TTG and Gepps I see. I get what your saying about salisbury north but Gepps have a much better footy club atmosphere than salisbury north. Put that together with the cash flow and they should pick up some good players. Heard something along the lines of hargreaves, and a bloke from Goodwood whose name escapes me.

Would suggest TTG would have more trouble finding replacements as they dont have the cash to go with some of the others.
Harsh but fair.....

very descent ins if true!

having known wicks he would only play at TTG or Sturt. turned down alot of cash to play at TTG last year.

if it jarrod cotton then thats not true - badly injured knee playing at TTG in their div 2 premiership year and retired.

i doubt hueskes would play against his beloved gepps x either.

Add to that;
Wicksy is back at Sturt for now, and Cotton is Asst. coach at Norwood this year.

pretty good predictions there FN! I reckon Port Districts might go better than most people think. I reckon they will make the 5! I still have reservations about Henley also@

I was out at Broadview last night (to book the hall for the quiz night) and they only had 18 out at training... I would have thought a div 1 club would have had a few more than that.

Drove past Gaza on the way home and they had about 30...
