Any time you play AV you can expect a bit of early biffo, probably around the 10-15 minute mark of the 2nd quarter if you have control of the game. :) But if you settle and ignore it you can go where you want to go. My money is on you boys and unlike morell I WANT you to win. Good luck to the farmers and Half Back Flanker. Fairy tales do come true, been lucky enough to experience one.

It'll come earlier than halfway through the 2nd quarter. My mail is AV will look to assert some physical dominance early, they believe it is the best way to rattle Ingle Farm and get on top. Did work to an extent in the Semi but Farmers class rose to the top and shone through.

My unbiased money is on the Farmers, believe they win enough of the key position match ups around the ground and at the end of the day - KNOW YOUR ROLE, OWN YOUR ROLE ;)

My unbiased money is on the Farmers too, because they are well coached and won't put up with physical dominance.

Disappointing end to what was a great encounter on the ground between two good sides. Scoreline really doesn't do Angle Vale justice, they are a very good side - the ranga they call "lingy" tore Farmers apart early!

Couple of early goals in the last broke the back of the Owls and the rest became a formality before the attention turned to the car park.

Qtr by Qtr:
I.F A.V
2.4 - 2.3
3.7 - 4.8
7.12 - 5.12
14.17 - 7.14

As you can see Angle Vale were up to their necks in it for most of the game, Farmers didn't have it easy and had to work hard!

Fortunately for Angle Vale seven news stuffed it up and named Salisbury as the other club.

On a technicality, if the game got called of due to an Angle Vale infringement, should the game be declared a forfeit?

Were Salisbury West denied promotion several years back due to incidents at Grand Final?
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Salisbury West was a different kettle of fish because of the violence onfield.

the off field violence didn't start until well after the game was finished. ISNT THAT RIGHT CAREY ;)

Huh?! :?

I suspect Milky Bar is refering to the epic wrestlemania royal rumble that the crowd who proudly prounounced Smithfield as their club put on at the end of the game in the car park..

Does anyone expect either Ingle Farm or Angle Vale to have a case to answer for this incident? Or was this purely or instigated by nuetral spectators?

Just saw the incident reported on the seven news at quarter time of the footy. Not much detail but suspect we will hear more in the mainstream media in the coming days
