This is a good looking ladder, Adelaide Lutheran on the bottom and now going to Div 7, love it.

That's harsh TDK they fielded their best team for the year against us and so did we, so IMO they are better than Fitzroy who could play finals. Personnel aye, if every team in Div 6 had their best 21 available every week we would all be equal top. It's been an amazingly close hard felt Div this year. Anyone could actually beat anyone on any given day. So we will just go out and beat West Croydon this week, after all Trinity drew with them and we beat Trinity both times. Someone has to make a statement.

Hahaha, yes I get that bit TDK, I'm an X Towns boy so I guess you have also developed a new hatred. Fact is we are still mathematically a chance to play finals. Houghton beat Fitzroy, Mawson Lakes beat Trinity and we pump West Croydon and 5th goes to percentage. Glass half full :D

A Grade will need to rely on Fitzroy losing to play finals, they cant get relegated though - and with morel's meadow choking on the weekend their B grade are as good as locked for that 5th spot.. Will they concede it's been a poor season, and bolster their B grade stocks this week heading into finals?

Trying to win both grades as we do every week..

Not in a position to be bolstering B grade, and why would we do that when they couldn't play finals anyway? Both grades need to win on the weekend then results need to go our way to feature in the finals and that's all we will be trying to do..

Then TOS make the 5 on % and HD need either MP or ML to lose.

personally I think it's sad that everyone is excited about who is going to make the five. The successful club is going to finish fifth by winning 1 game every three weeks, which is embarrassing imo

And a side may well miss out in the B grade winning 10 games.. That's life. SHOC's got promoted to div 1 the other year scraping into 5th with only 8 wins on %, which is 1 more win than Fitzroy may well qualify with. Do you reckon they would be embarrassed about that?

We got promoted last year after finishing 4th out of 7 with a record of 8-8.

We're so, so ashamed and wracked with guilt.

Yep, if you're not in it you can't win it.

So the curse Jarman is headed to Houghton. I'd ban him. :D

Hmm skip training to go to Houghton for a free sausage roll? Doesn't sound like a bad idea!
