Kilburn won't go to D7. Christ, at this rate, we're going to have to have a division 7.5
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

That's a massive score. Elizabeth and us were daylight ahead of the comp that year and Elizabeth won the flag. I think we kicked 50 goals against North Pines 2 weeks earlier on St.Marys Park.

Tough year that was. Was playing two games a week that year until I done my knee against lockleys the week after playing you guys LK.

Lol, if Kilburn go to Div 7 we will be in C12. :D If and I repeat If, our clubs can come to terms then maybe at least 2 clubs remain viable. Between us the reality is we have enough players for 3 teams.

Flinders Uni out of D7. They will not be replaced, thus we have a bye.

Also, Flinders Park will only field a D7R team. Wingfield will replace their D7 side. Meaning that your club's two teams will play at two different venues on that day.

So a bye in Div 8 then to match the bye in Div 8R?

What if Angle Vale exercise their option to stay in Div 7. With one team?

In fairness the top 2 sides that year were as good a side that you'll ever see in Div 6 and their percentages showed it. I think Osborne kicked around 150.110 that year.

You blokes still showed up every week too so credit where its due...

i honestly dont see what there is to gain for either club by putting the crabs in div 6r?

they refuse to merge, they wont train together, they wont hav presentation night together, and the best crabs in the div 6r each week wont be allowed to go up the next week and play for the lions in div6

unless they become one unit and one pool of players to choose from, what benefit if any will occur? theyrr still 2 battling clubs in 2 different comps, except now the crabs are just a pack of magoos in the reseves league

Wow we are around 10 days out for the 2014 season to kick off and still division are not set. SAAFL need to have a cut off and stick to it how are other teams who are ready to start the season know who they are playing with all this happening.
Mitchell Park And Flinders Uni this has blown my mind 2013 the crabs had there best year for a long time and year before MP we ontop of div 7, it shows you how tuff running a club is.
The Owls might only field one team as yank man stated and this is backed up by they have trial friday night and is stated on there facebook page with numbers are dissapointing and have organised 1 game or if numbers are enough could be two games. (not good news for macca so close to the season)

My question is why are all these clubs struggling is it players leaving for a better prospects or is it more to do with club, committee, coaches ect or just people do not wanna play footy anymore. I hope these three clubs can get things sorted and going there way plus there are many more clubs out there in the same position like Brahma Lodge drooping two divs.

There are some people who bail at the first sign of adversity. Seems there's a lot of blokes like this these days.

Most games will be held at MP and players from either club will be able to play in either team.
