If your talking about Anton Riley who i beleive played at the Bulls he is a parkies junior who left just when he was coming through to the senior ranks for reasons still unknown..maybe cash cause the kid can seriously play...Still only a kid now so plenty of footy left in him. great kid with leadership qualities as well. One the club targeted to come home in troubled times....Gee hope Kenny suits up. That would be a huge bonus for a young inexperienced side...

Hmm not sure about the leadership quote, has been sent off in just about every game i have seen him play for Pooraka and managed to kick a bloke on the ground while KO'd and insighted an all in brawl, does exactly ooze leadership to me.

Yea fair point but I cant comment on what I dont know....All i know is he has leadership qualities within. Wether he relises that himself is the question...and wether he will reach his full potential as a footballer. One things for sure the coaching staff wont shy away from addressing any embarrassing actions taken by any member of the club. I would hate to feel the rath of that group for undiscipline acts..

Great bloke Anton, and when he first arrived at Pooraka, you could clearly see he had talent. However he does have bad knees and would be significantly heavier than when he first came. Will had toughness into the midfield for centre bounces, but won't be running 10km a game I wouldn't think. As mentioned also, has a short fuse.... but a really funny guy to be around.

Agree that it was a ripper bump and legal but dont agree that he only stood over him and had words, call me old fashion but when a bloke is out cold on the ground is there any need to give the bloke a spray,

yeah i think it was the way he stood over him that made it look worse if i remember correctly didnt anton try and pick him up at first before he realised the player was knocked out i think it was one of them things it all happen so fast...anton didnt know at time he was knocked out had a few words tryed to pick him up but yeah can see how it got out of hand very quick

Def do not agree with what he did, but the game was getting out of hand before that and the portland player was getting very lippy & end up copping it. Think Anton was just reminding him of what he was saying before realising the guy was in a bit of trouble

I know what i seen and it shouldnt happen on a football field, i was of the view that EP were trying to clean up there reputation at the hands of a bloke i think is the pres (long dread locks) and i thought he was doing a great job, i think this will turn out being a big step backwards

No not really, Not from what i have ever seen, and I will agree with piccachu on this, EP will be going in a backwards direction unless he has changed his ways over the last season or so. Will be interesting to see.

Agree also.

I remember when we played Pooraka back in 09 at home and Anton played. After a bit of a tussle in the midfield late in the game he lost it and went to town on our ruckman at the time, big Chris Zwar. He ended up punching him square in the throat and Zwary was in a fair bit of trouble and I think he had to go to hospital to get checked out. I stood at half back and watched it unfold and still remember the look on Anton's face, it was one of complete and utter rage, the bloke couldn't control himself and neither could those around him.

What happened to big Chris Zwar? IIRC, he was from Lincoln way, wasn't he? I remember him playing 18's for you guys - definitely a big unit!
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

Ha I must have been standing next to you when this happened as I was at Half Forward. Was a fair few hail makers thrown. He got 3 weeks for this incident, 1 week for each player he dropped!

Show's how dumb he is if he's trying to talk to a player who is unconscious !!!
He's a thug.... straight up.
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
