Who cares? Wewouldve hoped to do a similar thing if our Bs weren't playing finals. 4-5 guys that had played Cs earlier in the year we could've really done with.
u might as well at this stage of year keep the blokes that have qualified for finals in that side. Few blokes play a bit higher in a bottom side where results dont matter.
C grades n D grades hav been doin it for all eternity. Who really cares?

Only problem I hav with Fitzroy is the 3-4 thug dickheads that are running around atm. Better off without them as they are bloody ordinary footballers anyways, all they do is embarrass ur club.

Top vote getters on SAAFL website, anyone care to have a guess at the winner, i wouldnt have a clue but Hodges (unley) seems to kick a lot of goals. From Salisbury prob Leonellu stands out the way he plays. However my top two b&f picks didnt even make the list so who knows.

Good pick
Must agree Leonellu from Sailsbury should win and Hodges from Unley may go 1 & 2 if others in both clubs dont rob them of votes.
The other the Dark Horse maybe Hectorville Coach and Capt he had a good year.

I think Swan from Heccies was a stand out when we played them.
Anyway - with umps, who knows!

Big game today Adel Uni v Unley, winner to take on all-conquering Salisbury in 2nd semi.
Loser has a very tough game aginst resurgent fitzroy next week.
Big game, close teams, toss of a coin! Good day for it..

Good to see Unley got through should be a top game this week Sailsbury V Unley .
Both should play off in the GF in a few weeks.
Adelaide Uni will have there work cut out against Fitzroy as they had good win by 10 goals against Hectorville.
Did hear that the Hectorville club and Players where P...s off at Fitzroy stacking the side to win the game.
We can only hope Adelaide Uni have a good win this week.

Don't you need to play a certain amount of games to qualify and if so how have they stacked their side ??

Fitzroy have clearly stacked their C grade. Fitzroy are not playing their 43-63rd (or whatever) best players in their 3rd side, this is evident on the results of both their B's and C's and it is not a fair representation of where that club is at and it is to the detriment of stronger clubs doing the right thing.

Righto mate then why is Hodges playing in your C Grade?? Cant get a game in B Grade?? Each player in each club have their own reasons for playing...We all look forward to one day your club sharing with the rest the secret to a susccessful club.

I heard the Fitzroy B-grade didn't have enough players to fill a side in their last match of the round?

Jetters or catchisthecry, is there any reason why the Salisbury v Unley C Grade game is not part of a triple-header this week? I'm fairly sure our club was pushing for it, since your B Grade were already coming up this way on the Saturday.

Seems like an excellent idea to me, be stupid not to play a triple header imo.

Trains infrequently (sorry Hodgey).
I don't think playing higher grades then drop down towards the end of the year to play in the C grade for success is a good reason.
So you dont think they are sandbagging and what they are doing is fair??

Your b-grade full-forward looks like he'd always be on the track during the week.

I know we wanted it because our D Grade is on Sunday at Sacred Heart, as well as our C7s playing a GF at Thebarton, and having three sides at three different venues is going to be hard work for a lot of people, and means all three teams will have less support. As well as meaning you guys have to drive up our way twice in two days.

I heard unley C grade have blokes working on sat mornings and couldn't play at 10:15, have they had any triple headers throughout the season?
