For a guy not associated with any div 2 club you seem to spend a bit of time in this thread.

Congrats on the gig and good luck in 2009.

I don't have much to say myself, apart from i hear we have signed Kyle Reeves from Modbury to return to his old stomping ground, but it appears that EP is the talk of Div 2, as we are coming down to a new div for us, who are the teams to watch out for, both form (good and bad), supporters and physicality???? For us, the Tired Tigers will be happy to deal out some abuse, mostly funny, our ground is probably the best overall throughout the year, and hopefully our form is much better this year with new players and the regular A1 players to hopefully show some really good form in Div 2.

Yep, its all hands on deck over the last couple of years, hopefully can produce the goods on field so the off-field blokes can relax a bit and watch a few wins.

Geez the old Kyle Reeves doesn't mind jumping from ship to ship, how many clubs has he had now?
Nearly as many as Tiger Woods!
Now that is just plain dumb, don't you think?

Yeah coached the B's last year and C grade for a few years before that. Don't think he'll have the job this year, not through any real fault of his own, our B grade was terrible.

Adelaide Uni's ground is surely be the best ground/surface to play on. Kidding yourself if you think broadview is the best!

Uni is picture perfect right now, but I agree with Shirtfront that throughout the year Broadview would be better. I run at both grounds regularly and I'd have to say Broadies has improved a lot in the last 5 years. I remember playing a trial there in summer ages ago and it was bloody prickley. Now it looks like a bowling green.

broadview's ground is not too bad but is quite uneven in places - nowhere near as bas as the paddock that masquerades as gaza's ground though.
best surface is park 10.

Cheers Big Shrek, GFP, Uni oval is great when its dry, as soon as the winter kicks in it turns to a bog, the wings are terrible, our ground however can have plenty of rain on it and still play on top of the ground. Bit crunchy at the moment and the next few months, but get some water into it and it will be perfect come 1st game.

What about Uni's cricket pitch area finn? Last year they didn't mow it(I presume to stop it turning into a bog) and it looked like a block of a paddock had been dropped in the middle of the oval.

Played a fair bit of college footy at Park 10 and it is alright. It always looks as if it is about to get muddier though because they keep the grass so short. If there is a heavy down pour this can make it suffer a bit.
Park 10 has theonly changeroom with a tv and nudey pictures though! Great work finn.
