all **** hear say!!!! play to the whistle, dont cry about things that may or may not happen on the field, if the umpire doesnt see it play on. you accuse someone of something tynte st will throw the book at him, wether it has happened or not, thats the bit that sucks because the college teams cry rape tynte st come running. ALL THE BEST HAVENS

what a crock of sh*t bucketts. JUST BECAUSE YOU CROSS A WHITE LINE AT 2PM EACH SATURDAY AFTERNOON DOES NOT MAKE YOU EXEMPT FROM THE LAWS OF SOCIETY. That doubles for actions that seriously injure other people

you guys are saying it has happened others may say it didnt happen on the saturday in question

that is laughable. I have heard first hand accounts of North Haven's efforts at defending their players at a tribunal. Stop watching episodes of Law and Order and trying to act like lawyers when clearly they have no idea and end up looking like fools

What team was it against that the 'alleged' incident happened?

their old foe $ca$$$hhaven. goodl luck cash haven your are going to need it up at tynte st, pity there is no state game for the player in question he might get of like a higher division player did the other week!!!!

Hi Kiddies

I'm going to ask everyone really nicely now to cease any further discussion on this matter until it has been resolved by tribunal investigation or otherwise.

I won't be around but The Powers that be will be watching and won't have any hesitation in locking this thread again/waving the ban stick again if you're all going to get out of hand.

Capice? Molto bene... :D

Ouzo didnt get a chance to get down the club this week, I hear Shoggsy is on the mend and apparently he made it out to have a look at training last night. Unfortunately I hear Trent Kolbig has has a bad reaction to surgery and has an infection and is not looking to good. I have heard that its not life threatening at the moment but he is very critical. Poor bloke apparently hes lost 5kg so he would only weigh about 2 kgs at the moment.

Coaches at Poorland dont rate anyone except their own.

Thats funny, Haven dont rate their own coaches, hence they move on...

My eleventh season at Haven and on my fourth coach. One retired and one left to join a country club and took half our team, some of the rejects of which are currently at Portland. Do portland have that consistency Felch?

He has played forward for most of the year, but has gone back on occasions. We have to look after the old bugger.

I agree, he is a great full back. Kept Fitzroy's Benny Hart goal-less on 2 occasions in 2006, i dont think thats get done too often. Makes his opponent earn every kick, just ask Rowdy - he had one of the best cauliflower-ears i have ever seen, courtesy of Cocksy.

Was that the day Rowdy kicked 7 on Portlands best full back in history :D IMO he must not be fit otherwise he'd be playing backs, just as well he kicking a few sausages otherwise could be in the magoos. Pretty hard to drop club legends though.

Andrew "Nimbus" Moran is another who also does a good job on Harty, for memory kept him to 2 or less in the past 5 years.

As for team of the year Matt thomas could play CHB also. shoe-ins for havens- Watts, Dempsey, Forrest, Wareing (if plays on)
also Lucky Dog had a good year. Saying that I'm usually drunk by half-time :D

Rowdy was too quick for Cocksy though - he plays more like a flanker than a full forward. He was a better match-up on big, stronger types like Robbo. Where is he playing by the way ?

Robbo has gone to find a very large paddock.

Ouzo, we have had 7 coaches in 11 years - but also have an A grade premiership to show for it, and a 5 year stint in D3.

1 of the coaches only lasted 4 games (Brenton Klaebe). He quit when we were 2 wins - 2 losses, we then went on to only lose 1 more game for the year and won the flag.

How many A grade flags, or even flags in general have Haven won in the past 11 years ? Not being smart, serious question.

I'm sure you will start to tear up and probably consult your lawyer and dust the old camcorder off but without doubt the dirtiest team I have played in eleven years of amateur football is Pulteney. Consistently dirty year in year out.

All great points Felch but can you please explain the relevance, you commented that Nth Haven don't rate their own coaches I replied with a fact that relates to your comment. You have had 3 more coaches in that period of time. That is all that's relevant. You are using an argument strategy similar to Johnny Cochran's in South Park, Look to the wookie felch, what does a wookie have to do with this you ask, nothing and thats my point why am i talking about a wookie? why a wookie? look to the wookie, the defence rests.

My comment was directed at this year's happenings (ie - Wattsy replacing OB), and was also said in response to the stupid comment made about our coaches not rating anyone but there own.

To be honest, i wouldn't even know, or care, who has coached Haven in the past, or the circumstances surrounding them.

Anyway, a club is rated on how many flags they win, not the number of coaches they have had.

I agree felch but that has no relevance to your original statement about our coaches. I just don't think you're getting the point maybe its time fro a lie down. a bit of a nap maybe.

For the record since Nth Haven changed its name from Port Pres it has made a few GF but not won a single one in A Grade. Sad I know.
