I heard whoever recruited Shane Hanson to Victoria is very keen for the services of Flynn and Thach and poor old PH won't be able to afford to keep these 2.

some big losses if these guys do leave Para Hills. i think they will be struggling in Div 4 next if these rumors are true.

what a joke! absolute disgrace. sanfl this weekend has just become more attractive due to not supporting wither of the 2 gf teams. a bit tight maybe but still $15 for a DIV 3 Amatuer GF is horrible!!!

$15 to get in to watch an amateur footy match on a crappy <16 degree day.....

I think instead I'll just invest in a decent bladder of wine (and get change!) and watch the final on the tele.

Portland to win on Sat. I reckon they play the best contested footy in the division and that'll count in the gf.

$15 has made my decision on whether to watch the Div2, Div 3 grand finals or wander down to Goodwood Oval and watch the prelim for free quite easy.

That'll be an extra steak sanger and 2 extra beers I would think.

Would I be right in thinking the increase of $5 would go into a fund for a potential pay out to a former SAAFL employee???

Probably not as I think it was the same price last year. It was the straw that broke the camels back for me not attending Division 1 last year.

Me included. i don't think its being tight which some would be accusing, i think the Amateur League have to remember the standard of football this is.
If you want a big crowd make it affordable for everyone, clubs will do a roaring trade behind the bar & in the canteen if so but the League are nothing but GREEDY.

It's a bit ridiculous that it costs less to attend an SANFL game :?
