The Farmers definatly look like an improved unit under David Payne, well done. Good to see at training he has gone back to basics, improve the skills and enthusiasum amongst these young lads and win can't be too far away.

2 things still bother me, heard from aclose friend of the coaches that he has already hit the brick wall upstairs, would be a shame if he thought the job would be to hard with this constant obsticle and walked at the end of the year, and the other thing is why was an ex A Grade fullforward told he wouldn't be registered by the same obsticle when the coach and players all wanted him in and a quality player like this in front of the goals would have given them an extra 30 or so goals for the rest of the year and a real target to hit up.

who is the fullforward this year stuggling to kick a goal, i remember now, the pres.
i think the players are proving that maybe some off field work should be done, i remember the same management powers that be removing a whole committee that was very successful because they thought that there shouldn't be players on the committee, but it's ok now even though they will probably go to div 7 next year..... so get on here everyone and bag me but it's time for a change, except you can not become a member unless your a fan of certain people, FACT
Might be a time for a change at the very top OF but if you dont get a decent turn up at AGMs or even people wanting to be on commitees it makes it a bit hard to get anywhere.

So you're saying that if, hypothetically, I lived in the area, watched the games and wanted to pay for a membership to show some support that I would be refused?

Anyone who wants to be a member of IFFC is more than welcome. The more the merrier. There is no way Ingle Farm would refuse anyone who wanted to take up a membership of the Football Club

It should be noted also that Trinity lost three players to injury within the first 15mins of the game. A couragous effort to fight out the game in tough conditions. Interesting view on umpires!

Q, they will take your membership so long as you support the right people .3 people I know off have been told they won't be registered to play , yet the c grade forfiet. These people have nver done wrong at the club, except maybe clash with a certain person at some time, and nobody at the club has the balls to go against this person. I will happily come down and pay for 30 memberships and bring these people to the footy agm but I guareentee they would be refused

have been involved in games with the umpire that wore the cap many times, esp uni games and to be fair he has always had an effect on the results, both ways i might say.
on saturday i thought they were not bad because they were consistent and that is all you can ask.spoke to the coach after the game and they thought pretty much the same.i must admit that i never brought up the injuries during the game but they would have had a huge impact on rotations.have been interested to hear a few people actually say they thought i was at a different game but its amazing howthe coaches thought along the same lines as myself but then again not actually caring who won i looked at it thru different eyes.hope the guy who badly damaged his leg is alright.he didnt look that good when they were taking him to the hospital.

sounds like every other club in the SAAFL. We had 2 top 5 A graders with knee re-co's in the 1st 7 rounds. Life goes on.

yep.. thats footy.

Don't often see 3 go down within 15mins of first bounce though...considering 3 on the bench it makes it a tough day out for all involved!
