Hope you got some good footage. It was great having you out there representing grass roots and it was nice to meet you!!
The boys started to drop off once you appeared and you nearly got your marching orders, but the magoo's corner got the boys fired up and brought them home. I would like to apologise on behalf of the magoo's for holding a gun to your head and forcing you to drink...

One of our supporters says "why dont you slow down that could have been a kid", to which he replies "whatever mate". Low and behold 10 seconds later and about 80 metres further around the boundary he hits a little boy. Well done T.O.S.sers
WTF? A golf cart, now someone please correct me if im wrong but my knowledge of the trinity gawler campas is that the oval isnt that big and the change rooms are really only a short walk from the main oval. But like I said correct me if im wrong.

Scorpion wrote:Can confirm coaches have resigned. A grade coach has had trouble with the committee interfering in player management in a big way and the committee wouldn't budge on a very very very dodgy decision so gave him no choice but to resign. Team Manager/Secretary/all round dogs body (me) has also told them to stick it. I was probably not as eloquent as the coach in resigning...!
B grade coach has a heart problem (not sure if he had it at the start of the year!!) so also resigned.
The club will either sink or swim now, time will tell if the committee have backed the right man.
You may all be surprised (well I was) to hear the rumour who will be taking over!

Was Hawkseye attempting to instill player discipline/commitment/acountability by enforcing a don't train, don't play policy? The board obviously disagreed and forced him to play blokes who had not been 'earning' their spot? Was Stubberfield one of these players? Will the playing group be behind this decision and, in particular, the new coach?
Hmmm, sorry for the twenty questions, it's been a bit uninteresting on here of late.
