... and no surprise that there is a bit of a correlation between more players being used and a lower ladder position.

Thanks for doing that Zartan.

so north pines have used 45 players yet can not get enough to field a B grade side

yes i do understand thats only enough just for 2 teams but how hard would it be for them to have got another 10-15 players to register

i personally think north pines abused the system to favour them to try and win a flag

Only needed 10 more to get to the delegate-decided-random-rule-from-nowhere-line-in-the-sand-minimum-player-stock rule of 55.

They could have fielded two sides pretty easily.

Well it shouldn't be too hard for them to meet their deadline following this season then.

To be fair to North Pines though, 38% of those players who've played have only played 1 or 2 games

After having a bye this year in D6 I would like it.. but I'm wondering if perhaps we may see comp go back to 6x divisions next season and perhaps an extra C grade division added.

I think the league is keen not to have any byes in the divisions.

I think this calls for Zartan to calculate total players used across both grades per club, because I am assuming some players are counted twice.

Good work Zartan.

It also doesn't indicate the quality of players that are absent.

For instance, we've had our best player missing for over two months. Fingers crossed though, the great Rhett Glanville will be be on the park this week. I hear he added 5kg to his frame, must have been working out in the gym this whole time.
