Triple Header I believe
2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

im like the kiss of death to clubs at moment i still think plympton are the team to beat i didnt play them second time around so not sure how good they are personally but to drop 1 game all year not bad

i still think your defense will let you down cossi older bunch and not much speed between them on a bigger oval you will struggle

grats on promotion to div 3 plympton and brahma lodge hope

Jarrad Clark-Rantasa absolutely dominated on the weekend. Tore SW a new one.
After a slow start, Brahma were too good and had too much foot speed around the ground.
I've never been one to read too much into who gets in the best players in the paper as its not always accurate.
But I was informed #19 for Salisbury West had been either best on ground or second best on ground in 12 of his last 13 games. I came to the game expecting him to dominate but he probably had 5-6 touches and was rarely sighted. Open the paper on Sunday and he's got 2nd best. Is it part of his contract to get in the best every week? If so I want this contract :D

Favourite status definitely goes to Plympton, to only drop 1 game for the season is a huge credit to them (was against a side outside the 5 too, Pulteney). We have come off 3 inspiring wins though and i don't expect it to stop until 5pm on Saturday afternoon. Momentum is massive in finals football...

I still think your statement about our backline is way off the mark and i hope we prove it again this weekend. I think we have a good mixture of height, pace and experience down there that can get the job done.

Can't wait for Saturday!

Actual side released tomorrow in the budget. Will be interested to see how close to mine it is!

A few midfielders in there not playing there true position. Hard to pick if you haven't seen all sides in detail across multiple weeks.

Just wanted to wish all my good mates at Brahma Lodge the best of luck this weekend. A huge effort to make Back to Back GF and become one of the higher placed divisional clubs in the northern area. Not bad considering 5 years ago they were meant to be in Div 7. On that note, congratulations must go to Azza and Karl Boos for making Carey Payne an offer he could not refuse. To turn the club around the way he has with his recruiting is testament to the guy he is. People will always bang on about him not being the best coach but to me he is a bloke that players want to play for. A guy who keeps people around a club and a guy you just want to do well for. I wonder if the guys who made the decision at Eastern Park now regret letting him go.

Cossie I am glad you are learning your lessons from the worse captain the club has ever had. Always, Always, Always kick with the breeze in the first quarter.

Hopefully the game delivers a cracking game and the score board favors the might tigers from the lodge. For me Lodge by 12- 24. Best on Aloisi with 6 goals.

You could argue a couple, people always will. Positions are always hard to fill with so many midfielders in there as well. But at the end of the day that's a side that you wouldn't want to play against week in week out, which makes it a good Team of the Year in my opinion.

Not that I'm in any official place to comment but we have lost our Anzac opponents as well. Not that I'm disappointed to se greenacres drop a div ;)

I can say this as I don't hold any official ties with the club. EP are set up better for success in the long run because of the junior aspect. Brahma Lodge will need to ensure there junior program is growing year by year. If the club keeps going on the path they are going then they are only 5 years away from under 18's. Then the club will have the structure in place to stay around div 3/4. If the juniors fall away so could the club. 1 bad year and the wheels could really fall off, greenacres style (Please don't take that as an attack at the club)
