Ramblers to smash Woody Sth, Aaron Thompson and Paul Marshall to get plenty of it and Daniel Patruno to kick 6.

Modbury to be too good for Sacred Heart, in a close one

Payneham to beat Phos (is Rolfe playing with Payneham?)

Districts to win easily against Kilburn, who are headed for Div 2.

Falcon Chick (if you really are a chick?), Woody Sth will not get within 10 goals of Seaton.

Woody Sth have no, O'Hara, Cattermole, Newman, Mueller.

Definitely a chick... ask anyone..

You could well be right, my pick based on the fact that woody south has pretty much been always on the mark, and anyone who's anyone has left Ramblers to play at Districts amongst other places. Havent heard anything to the effect of Ramblers opening the cheque book yet to cover their losses.

Heard simon Peucker kicked 8- div 2 footy must be alright?? Kilburn headed for a long season- I heard even the coach pulled on the boots? Seaton and PHOS beating PNU seem the biggest results from round 1

What was the standard like around th grounds? i saw seaton pump woodville and seaton were good, but woody south quite avrage, need to do a fair bit of improving!!

Apparently SHOC looked reasonable also, picked some handy recruits that gelled with their side nicely, this coming from a modbury supporter,

What were the other games like??

G'day Dr Pink Bits. I know a few of the lads down that way and they seem to think they have signed a few. They got 2 guys from the Magpies in Canberra who go okay apparently. Got 2 from Mypalonga also. Just signed a lad from glenelg u/19's also. They have also signed daniel coleman from the port magpies but he got a boxing scholorship so is off to the AIS in canberra.
They had 5 of their top 8 out on the weekend also. Whilst the resuly wasnt that crash hot, they were 28 points up at 1/4 time and kicked the first 4 of the game, so that is a good sign. Just the other 3 x 1/4's were crap. I think Districts will do what they did to kilburn to a lot of teams this year and are a top 2 team for sure.
If winning isn't everything, why do they keep score?

Shows how bad Kilburn are if Peucker can even get 8 kicks !

Daniel Coleman is signed and playing for Moonta, kicked a goal on the weekend. Refused to pull the boots on for less than $350/$400 a game plus petrol, can play though.
Any photo's of Peucker's sister/cousin TS?

I went and watched the phos/pnu game. PNU looked good but a bit more polish from the phos boys. The big bloke up fwd from Victoria is a handy pickup. Looked like the PNU were putting way too much attention on Agelis.
Have shoc picked up a bloke straight from Freo in the AFL?

I heard rookie listed Freo player Jack Juniper was named in SHOC's 1's and his brother played full back in the 2's. Bays are keen for Jack to have a crack out there but I think a lack of application/desire will see him have a kick his his old school mates.

Good to see Ryan get off his butt and sign some players.... heres hoping they might not be doomed after all, but still lost some pretty good players.
