Matt Gallarello is a former Elizabeth junior.
He was a talented player but suffered a heap of knee injuries that shortened his career.
Has been involved in coaching development roles at Central District and I think also has had assistant coaching involvement at Gawler South.
He is married to Mick Platten's eldest daughter.
Highly respected around the club.
A top bloke. He might even be a poster here ;)

Scully didn't get arse at Elizabeth. His teaching career has seen him take a higher leadership position, requiring more time.

As for Platten the player moving on? I'm assuming you're referring to Justy Platten. I can't ever see him moving on.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

Thankyou DW, you've always got your finger on your pulse, even from a distance, good work :goodman: I thought it would be breaking a bit of an Elizabeth tradition.

I still love the place. Pop in whenever I can.
I was thinking about playing there next season to finish my career.
It would seem petrol costs are going to prohibit that. Sadly.
