The Raggies will find it hard to play Kilburn this year unless they wasnt to relegate them selves back to Div 3 !!!

they have opened the cheque book big time. Have gone through the mt lofty footy club.

Here we go again - What players from Mt Lofty have gone out to the Raggies. Definitely not Joel Brown, we learnt that lesson from last year lol

Im heading out to raggie land next week to watch the boys train & il see for myself who they have recruited.

Firstly Joel Brown plays for Uraidla not Lofty. Secondly as has been reported on both the Mt.Lofty website and countless times on different threads on this forum ex North Adelaide & Mt.Lofty players Ben Gordon & Travis White have signed with Athelstone and at least one more Lofty player may shortly follow suit.

Heard there is a chance Ross Wait may signwith the Raggies, is this the third one on the way?

Correct. Well that's what I've heard; but I've also heard he is training out at Westies where Lofty's 2007 premiership coach is now coaching their reserves. I know Raggies spoke to him late last year.

We're in hell right now gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb outta hell... one inch at a time.

Any predictions on a ladder for this year? Looks like it will be a very even comp, the sides coming down will be strong and the sides coming up seem to have recruited well. Only team we havent heard much of is Pembroke and Scotch. Scotch is always a mystery every year.

So anyone care to put it out there what Rosco, White and Flash are on at Raggies?? Considering they were apparently getting about 400-500 at Lofties last year it would have to be special...

dont think they were on that much boozehound. probably more between 200-300. whitey may have been on a little bit more than that but is a quality player. lofty do not have that much money considering there were many other players getting paid well with petrol money.

I don't think it would be fitting, be better if he went to Ardrossan for $600 a game!

goin from Div 3 to 2nd in Div 2 is a massive jump. Reckon Towns might struggle to reach the 5, will rely very heavily on Goldy. Dont think there is any 'weak' sides, Uni may be the stand out but probably very even after that.
