You wont be getting any comment from anyone from the club until Shaun has spoken. Fish away all you like.

I wasn't asking for a comment from anyone from the club, I was simply asking what is alleged to have occured, that is not assuming guilt it is simply asking what alledgly occured to lead to an investigation.

Also someone said in a previous thread that the guy who got hit would not talk the same again, and a promising cricket career threatened, why is this, what injury did he sustain from this.

This is not a fishing expedition, simply of interest to the football community.

OK, can we ask this hypothetically of course. What course of action is available for someone to pursue who has been handed a 12+ games penalty which in effect is a life time ban under the new SAAFL guidelines?

Always an appeal method
Just depends if they have 48 practising Lawyers like Adelaide Uni.
And if you got the money to take to Court

Question has to be asked why its taken 16 weeks since it happened in Round 1??
He didnt murder the bloke where they needed forensic evidance
Striking was the charge so he either did it or didnt (depending on which side your from)

The bloke involved is a good bloke and after playing against him for last few years he never stood out as doing anything stupid or dirty
Some like to say Arrogant, I like to say confident.

St Paul's College OS v Flinders University
Mitchell Park v Adelaide University
Paralowie v SMOSH West Lakes
Athelstone v Sacred Heart OC
Henley v Angle Vale

- St Paul's just playing for some pride and respect....should win at home by 36 points
- Mitchell Park at home and with Bates back will be too strong even though they still haven't convinced me they will be a contender to the title....29 points
- Paralowie by 219 points....Barnes could well break the goalkicking record again tomorrow
- Athelstone to strong for SHOC....45 points
- Henley v The Owls should be a cracker....to me Henely are the only threat to Paralowie and for this reason they will beat Angle Vale tomorrow by 21 points

From what ive heard from players in the game it is a shocking decision to give him 15 matches. No one can even work out how he was even

reported let alone suspended. Amateur League tribunual a joke and no consistency. No one can work out how any one gets games or gets

games. They have given him 15 matches based on a pure accident and because the lad has got a bad injury. They took evidence from a

heep of people and no one thought he should be reported. Another Amateur League stuff up just for a change. Unusual for the League to

make another stuff up. Pigs arse
