Reardon was on fire all weekend, on and off the field.. Has lifted the bar recently which he should be commended for.. Get around his big lid

Yeah, heard Mazey busted his hand

bad luck for the lad if true..will make things difficult for the parks who have to play MLFC CUFC and AUFC at their grounds..5 wins and 45%+ should keep a team out of relegation this year..the game against AUFC Rd 18 might see the loser relegated..

I thought Central United have to keep their noses clean with the discipline? Well recruiting this bloke ain't going to help the cause. I believe he was banned from them years ago wasn't he? and from nearly every other club he's gone to since? Interesting to see how this pans out

Yes zed, Mazey would be a big loss but he has carried that hand for a while now. His recuperative powers are stronger than most and plays with injuries most weeks. I agree tho that the round 18 clash between MP and Uni will probably decide relegation. Hope the Lions win a couple along the way and not have that happen because they have almost established themselves as a genuine Div 6 club now. :)

Been some good spending at Rosewater this year and with Reardon on fire they shouldn't be stopped.

If by 'good spending' your referring to bar takings at Rosewater you'd be spot on Jugs. I assume thats what you'd be talking about because you have little to no idea about on field spending if you think thats high.. Reardon has had some air play of late, which I know he enjoys, but Shaun Jacobsen doesnt like the spotlight off him for too long so we best wrap the talk about Doc Reardon up ASAP..

So the rumors are true? Schar is only playing for a bag of mixed lollies every game?

He plays for petrol money, and since he lives 2 streets away from the club, that would roughly equate to a bag of mixed lollies Jugs

Amazing isn't it how so called 'gun' players just walk in to a club because their mates play there or they live down the street. A bag of lollies to go 1 km or 300 plus to go 5 km. You need to love someone big time to pick the lols, especially at this level. Zed knows how it works and the 'OIL WELL' is in full action there.

I find it amazing that every time a club picks up a good footballer everyone thinks he must be getting paid. Isn't he allowed to play with blokes who he gets along with? So when your beloved Mitchell park pick up a gun new recruit they throwing the big bucks around?

But why would anyone come to Rosies without massive financial incentive piglet? The club has no atmosphere, the facilities are rubbish, and no on field success.. Oh, wait a minute..

Then Jesus came and the club went from struggling for numbers and wins in Div 5, to a undefeated powerhouse with Tom, Dick and Harry all on board for the fantastic new facilities

Sometimes my wierd sense of humour gets lost in the thick of things piglet. What 'gun' player would go to MP for nothing, they will have enough trouble keeping the ones they have. I don't have an issue with good players getting a few bucks to play. Good clubs who raise hard earned all have footy budgets and some of that should always go to good recruiting. :)

The Garner lad has copped 7 games this season alone, would he be nearing the 12(?) games in total where you get banned from SAAFL?
