The bald dude will not be playing again thanks to the SAAFL's pathetic rules system.

Apart from kicking the first goal para hills didnt hit the front until last 4 minutes when fraser goaled with a drop punt from a mark on the boundary line 25 out, good hard slog and contest by both teams, in the end para hills may have wanted it a bit more and ran it out slightly better but only just. Umpiring again no good many many dubious decisions both ways, considering it was wet weather footy a lot of holding the balls were paid today. i dont think either team can say it won or lost them the match as there were so many. perhaps the goal scoring hobbit that normally plays for cbcoc but didnt play today can have a word down at HQ about the poor state of div 3 umpiring.
On another note do people think coaches should shake hands before or after a game (if at all)? and if anyone from cbcoc has an opinion on this perhaps you ask your coach what he thinks on the matter, i know our coach hasnt been able to get anywhere near jarman this season, i always thought he was an enigma!

Both sides dominated at different stages. Seaton led at 3/4 time, game turning moment though when Seaton's Marshall was red carded during the last quarter - for those who dont know, he is a 5-time b&f winner at Portland, premiership captain and former coach, so his send-off added to the drama of the day. From what i could see, no one was really sure what he actually did, but the ump has the last word and the rest is history. One of the best wins i have witnessed by our boys, and hopefully it gives us some confidence and belief for the second half of the year.
Wanders was very good for Seaton once again, as was the young John Fidge lookalike up forward.
I thought Cocchiaro, Moody and Hinsley were exceptional for us, as was Wareing up forward.
Good crowd there on Saturday too, im sure the bar did a great trade and plenty of Seaton people were in the club after the match which was good to see as always.
Bring on the ol' enemy in Mitcham this week, should be a belter !

was a great day down at the dome
even with the rain for most of the A grade, still was a good crowd out to watch, and I dont think anyone would have been disapointed with what they saw!
Just wanna say thanks to the Seaton boys and supporters for drinking plenty during the game and hanging round for a chat and few more beers after the game.
One thing I will say and Im sure No mercy and others will agree
Umpiring was again horrible, with plenty of wrong calls made towards both sides. They werent protecting the bloke in front which they should be in wet weather footy.

Pretty fair summary felch, umpires were a disgrace especially the ranga an absolute disgrace. Portland deserved their win and were the better side on the day. Just a side note pretty poor effort by some boofheaded Portland players ringing an ex portland player who now plays for seaton saturday night on numerous occasions heckling him and singing the portland club song down the phone at him shoving the win down his throat. Pretty sure he had to put up with enough on saturday without this being done. Thought he dealt with the verbal abuse and heckling all day well and saw the funny side of it and had enough respect to go into the club after the game and have a beer but saturday is where it should have stopped. I didnt recall him in round 1 ringing the portland fc singing the seaton club song. Respect is a word that I have associated with portland fc in the past but obviously standards must have slipped especially to an ex player who has contributed a fair bit to that particular club. Lets hope the portland boys have not got ahead of themselves as karma may come back to bite them on the ass.

Correct interpretation supported by portland players and spectators: open handed shove in the chest, you can see how the 2 can be confused though.
