Interesting way of doing things at Uni, mind you with so many teams, cost of jumpers would get a bit out of hand, but if they buy their own, we could technically see no.259 lining up in the A grade?

I hear there are no playing life members either..

no distinction between playing and non-playing life members - all must be voted on at the agm. to become a life member people must contribute more than just solely playing - i know it sounds harsh but that's how it is at bob neil #1 & 2.
always forgive your enemies...nothing annoys them so much

Why has Paralowie's B Grade score gone back to zero on the SAAFL website? Was an unregistered player played?

The team has enough talent to win the game with out blantent cheating. Some people might bag the crap out of me but i dont care. it is hard enough coming from a club who everyone just looks down on you like we are second class citizens . Investigate what ever you like bit try look in your own backyard. load of s***t. Tell me when you take a mark in the square you are not put on a angle. Unless the other team is 2 points up.

I see you guys played adelaide uni. Is that old hat umpire out there again for them. He is a terrible umpire and very very biased towards adel uni - An thats my opinion only.....

 Don't blame the umpire because you all have been beaten regularly for the last 10 years by this side.

Rulebook is well known for cheating as all clubs having experienced his biased decisions and have formally complained and he was stopped for awhile from umpiring own division games.

As for being regularly beaten by this side not hard when they have been sand bagging and looked after by the SAAFL for years with their C's winning consecutive flags and allowed to remain in Div 7 instead of being promoted!

In a reserves division where you have club appointed umpires there is going to be accusations of cheating every game. Get over it.

LMAO! You think the SAAFL are deliberately looking after a D7 RESERVES side? Come on you are delusional. This side has been in D7, down to D8, up to D7, up to D6, back down again to D7 so you can't say they have not been moved around or promoted. Get your facts straight! My guess is you are a Henley player....

Broadies C's & D's also did the same and were allowed to "make a deal" to stay in D7. Uni C's & D's Were in D7 & won the flag allowed to stay in D7 by SAAFL, won following year D7 flag, a D8 comp just for C & D grade sides was formed but collapsed the following year, Uni went back to D7 won again finally promoted to D6 where they have featured in finals for past 3 years until last year and were relegated, also several years ago Cedars folded in D7, C grade side that were runners up did a deal stayed in D7 and side that came 3rd was promoted with no choice to D6 and are you that naive that you don't think that Henley & Athelstone are not discussing with SAAFL (meeting has already transpired) this very same scenario to make sure that if they win or are runners up that they are not promoted to D6 and that's FACT!

I think you'll find they want to keep clubs with C & D grades in div 7 for some reason. At the end of the day, what does it matter? you are taking this way to seriously for low grade SAAFL

sorry to get all offical and everything but rule 35.5 of the SAAFL handbook says that either club playing in the GF can choose not to be promoted provided they did not exercise that option the previous season. So by going by that in they make the GF two years running then the 2nd year they must go up

Speaking of facts, Uni's C's never won consecutive flags. They won in Div 7 against Henley in 2003 and went up to Div 6. They then lost the Div 6 GF against Adelaide Lutheran in 2004, and exercised the one-off right to stay in the same grade. Didn't make the Div 6 GF in either 2005 or 2006, and then didn't win a game last year and hence dropped back to Div 7 this year. Rulebook is no worse than the opposition umpires in that grade, sometimes worse, sometimes better, but on average about the same. Uni's Div 7R team played in 8 consecutive GF's from 1999 to 2006, winning 5 of them, and as you know club umpires do not officiate in any finals game, only Amateur League umpires, so blaming Rulebook is just rubbish.
