recent form is irrelevant when the sharks play the parks

What was relevant then in your decision to tip Flinders Park to beat your sde today?

Ha funny u mentioned I actually was shocked to see u had tipped angle vale over your much loved flinders uni. You seem to know the crabs form better than anyone on here. I tipped the crabs cos angle vale travelling so far, it'll be wet, and henley were still in the game at 3 quarter time last week against the owls, maybe I should change my tip?

I went with parks to stay with the leaders in the tipping comp, they did beat the sleeping top side last week too. The sharks I believe can win today I believe, its a derby, its at henley, its wet, plus our div 1 agrade look to have their best side on paper which will feed talent down to our lower teams. Plus the parks will be thinking an easy day out today

C'mon Marbles we know it will never be an easy day against any side let alone Henly. We know it is going to be a cracker wet or dry!!! Big game for both teams in both grades!

Popped in for the last half. Flinders were up by five and ended up winning by ten. Third quarter was all one way footy. The last wasn't the greatest spectacle, Flinders had the opportunity to kick away, but didn't.

Fair turnaround by the crabs. They lost by 35 - 40 goals against the Owls at Two Wells last year.
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

maybe this had something to do with the turnaround. Found in the angle vale rooms after the game. Great win crabs.

You will find that stuff in most rooms if you look hard enough someguy. Message to to all home clubs, check your visitors rooms and clean the boards. The next team you play at home may just use it, I have.

Well if they continue to play the way they did against us on Saturday they are sure to cause a few upsets!

They wanted the ball a lot more than us and went in hard at every contest, They adapted to the wet conditions and played our oval well. The game was played in good spirits and the lads came in for a drink and chat after the game. Credit to them, seems like the right people at their club are working hard to lose the perception that many people have developed towards them!.

Their big full forward was good and will be hard to stop. They also created some quality play from half back.

If we meet them again in finals we definitely won't be taking them lightly and know we will need to work hard to beat them.
Hopefully this is a wake up call for our boys and we will bounce back next week!

I think the board was meant to say Everyone thinks it is going to be easy as it is Flinders Uni in other words as explained to the players do not take them lightly, and show the respect and the owls did take them lightly and have a look at the results.
They crabs played pack footy ran in numbers to the ball and just with shear number at the contested footy, the owls where all running one way and where leaving one two play to work against 4-5 crabs. Not the most skilled side but heart and game plan won it for them today and yes a gr8 turnaround from last year.
Will the crabs make the finals i say no will smithfield make the finals i say yes and Flinders park will just miss out but at least the comp this year is alot closser then last year it is good to have in div 7.

With 7 games to go lets put up our top five in order.

Ingle farm
Houghton
Sacred heart
Angle vale
Smithfield

Flinders Park just to miss out.
