Mate I asked a question. I was told last week that he wants to go to TTG to play a season with Glen Mount. Whether it's true or not will remain to be seen I guess...

Phatmon you are correct. Grant will go to the gullies next year and play out there with mounty.Beeroclock, you are a tool. I have played football with you and been coached by you.As i recall you were the A grade coach at the farm in 2007 after back stabbing your mate for the job. Then you walked away when things got tough halfway through season. Bad news for the farm supporters that you say nothing changed at agm. These same people gave you the job back in 07. Then gave dash the job 12 months later he was gone, next came niven who knocked out a supporter in carpark. He then walked and then these same people gave panyey the job.WHAT A JOKE. I have heard that knowles has been given job and this is good news. From what i have heard he sounds keen and yes i hear he and some mates have gained some cash from somewhere and is trying to get a few boys from para hills . I wish him all the best. The only trouble is,is that this footy club is ran by a couple of bulldogs and no one else stands a chance.Good luck farmers and Knowles and we can only hope they allow you to have the B grade coach you want. Then things might change.

Do you want to retract this comment? Seems Andy was given his marching orders on Monday by all reports i've heard. Gets them out of Div 7 then finals in Div 6 in 2 years and shafted, makes sense

Tips for this weekend -

1st semi - Glenunga over Trinity simply with home ground advantage. Only expect there to be a few goals in it. Trinity disappointing a few weeks back when i last saw them but seem to have things back on track. Glenunga have numerous marking and goal kicking options but they do struggle when the oppostion have the ball and can move quicker.

2nd semi - confident BOS can get over Kenilworth this week down at Kenilworth. Will need to bring their best game and get off to a good start this time around. However, many good players in the Kenilworth side so this will be a big win if the lads can get up. Once again, very little in the margin.

Big call for the Units, Andy took a sponsor there with him that funded shirts, guernseys and I'm pretty sure helped out with the lights, oh, not to mention about 15 to 20 players aswell.

you'd wanna hope for the competitiveness of the comp that the players stick around either that or the new coach brings a few in. would hate to see them go back to the days of 09 when they were getting beaten by 20 goals most weeks

Is that a nice way of saying he will still be replaced? Just going through the formalities?

In fairness to CU, it is many clubs' constitution to advertise for coaches after a stated period of time. I'm sure they would be asking for Andy to re-apply.

BOS first finals win since the 07 GF, can only see a lack of height to bring them undone but will carve any side with their leg speed. Would think the big oval gives advantage to BOS.
