nothing like a show down on the footy forum or should i say a St Pauls blog. It was a good game to watch. My brother played for the mighty saints and mentioned it was a reasonably skilled game although he had a head ache from all the arrogant trash talk coming from the CLG boys. Reckons he has heard nothing like it. Apparantly from the first siren they were on about how good they are and its going to be seven nil after this and they were going to destroy them. I found that funny given that 7 nil means nothing if you dont win the grand final which is not until september!! The first thing i would suggest having played in 2 premierships in the last 2 years in a competition a lot stronger than div 7 is learn to keep your mouth shut especially peopple with small man syndrome like no. 5 and 6 as it is a long season, and while you got through unscathed last week, wingfield, or paralowie, wont put up with your carryon and the end result might be a broken jaw.
Bradman, you are a classy player, which i found it hard to believe your name wasnt in the best come sunday. In fact, you were almost as good as what the Kid used to be for the saints years ago!!

is that true?? pretty disgraceful

i agree. i don't like st pauls, that dude with a bald head yelled at my mum last year. my mums f****** harmless. i wouldn't let him play at my club, plus he punched someone in the throat in the bottom of a pack once. maybe that Bradman guy should watch him if he wants to see something more disgraceful then a collapsed lung (apart from his shiny head)?

Who you talking about? What number had the bald head? Surely you are not talking about no.4 as it was his first game for the club?

Two things.
Number 1 I dont think hes making any threats there, and nor should anyone be on here. And agree with your talk footy idea :)
Number 2 Whats going on with the quotes? The talk can be hard to follow at times when the quotes dont work.

rolled henley by about 4 goals, they were strengthened quite allot by some B graders.

in the div7 R they only had 4 players that played in round 1....

St Pauls too good for Paralowie, ran out 8 goal winners... We were competitive but lacked the finesse.

Also heard on the way home that Nth Pines got rolled by Kaurna! If so, congrats to Kaurna!

What's going on down at North Pines? When we played them they were pretty good and competitive since then they've seemed to have gone downhill, is it Injuries? have they lost any players?

Good to see CLG disciplining no.3 this week by allowing him to play against Henley while our club captain still sits on the sidelines!

Don't worry Riddler I would think that #3 from CLG won't play in the return bout...especially with all these pages of what the dirty bugger did. I know I wouldn't but then again I wouldn't go kneeing the opposition captain in the back while he was on the ground trying to get up! I'd be changing my guernsey number if I was him... :D

i fully agree wit you riddler...........

the saints on the weekend both got wins, our b's back to some form but will need more of it to roll the underfeated wingies next round...... how you think your boys will play this time round against them riddler????

our a's were pretty flat for most of the game, didnt show any thing speacial but that could have been also due to the fact we had no bench from half time due to three more injuries. all three should be okay for next round after the break this week hopefully!
