Definitely agree that we played bad, no doubt about it - we started well but faded. Hopefully it's a bit of a wakeup call for the rest of the season.Say whatever you want, but if that is truly what you think then you clearly are delusional. Your D grade is clearly a cut above your C grade. There's no problems with a bunch of guys playing together in a lower grade but don't sit there and try to sugar coat it.

That is what happened to you last friday...you got challenged and well the result speaks for itself. Blame the umpire, blame the quality of players in our team but at the end of the day you crumbled under pressure and you could see the difference in SHOC from the first to last quarter. Those downhill skiers seemed to be gone by the end of the game and the kick and hope tactic seemed to be the only option.

Because they have also been winning majority of thier games, why not be fearful?
We also are not as strong as we have been in previous weeks tomorrow.
Surely you understand that there are games that you can go into not being as confident as others?

Mindful of a game where you are going in underdone is one thing, but scared of a bunch of outside front runners who got smashed by SHOC? Please.
Been wet all week, playing on the bog that is GGFC, PAOC will go missing.
No way the home side doesn't win this by half time.

Old Dog think Elsy will be throwing the boots back on this week. He is still getting over his broken wrist but we are a little light on with numbers so think he as put his hand up. Think he just wants to get that step closer to 200 games!

PAC are definitely a quality side, from memory they were maybe missing a few when we played them but still did quite well. Given that it rained most of the game when we played them I wouldn't take much out of the result.
What are peoples thoughts on the competition so far? Obviously Golden Grove stand out in front but other teams could improve. Given Flinders Park/PAC/SHOC all may have their higher grades playing finals could this be an advantage over the Grovers? I know come finals time you would probably expect a couple of extra inclusions in each grade above which would mean an influx of 5-10 players.

How far away is he from the 200?

I think it is less than 10 from memory?
