Heard similar and that Brett Kroepsch and Todd Birch are leaving the Houghton Raiders to Bridgewater Raiders

Gotta love this time of year, with all the rumours....

Dylan Dwyer has changed jobs and works 2 weeks away and 1 back so he wasnt going to committ to football in season 2011, and due to personal reasons has decided not to train or play at Houghton. As for Todd and Brett, they decided to train at Bridgewater as they have some connection with some players there and due to Houghton not start Pre Season till Jan they went out there to train. Yeah Justin Kuhar has left to train with GG but the door is always open for him to come back, As far as I know all players are required and everyone I have seen and spoken to are keen for a big pre season and BIG 2011.

Good to see Kenilworth junior from this year Timmy Milera picked up by the Crows in the rookie draft also. Tony Milera was the Shane Ellen of the reserves grand final kicking 5 after not kicking a goal all year and would be very proud.

Iron Fist wrote:Timmy played at kenilworth??

I remember him playing a few years in his younger days at Portland aswell. Cause he was in the Port zone and his brother played for Port.
Originally from Ceduna I beleive?!

IF, Piccachu- Timmy moved down south to Seaview (I think) last year. He only would of been at Kenilworth this year because he lived down that way and I dobut he played any games there because of course he played the year at the Port Magpies in the 18s, reserves and league side. He played for you guys before that 16s and 18s, did he play any senior footy at Portland? And yeah the Milera's come from Ceduna.

Don't know yet AF, of course everyone would love him to play this season but he may not, I don't think he's done anything about his knee and I dobut he will have any kind surgury on it, which he really does need.

10+ years of being bashed and crashed consistantly has taken it's toll and we just don't know if he take it anymore. I reckon he might get the itch to play next season, but if his body can take is another thing completely.

Jake will definitely play at some stage but like DK says his knee needs to be fixed but regardless im sure he will play at some point because he can't help himself.
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

Don't look at me...I wouldn't have a clue. I have been interstate 5 of the last 6 weeks and i get my info from Kenilworths version of Skeletor.
We are having an end of year premiership get together tonight with the lads in the 2's so i'll no doubt hear some more outrageous recruiting rumours (Most started by me) ;)

Im sorry i posted this, was stupid and immature on my behalf, 4:00am or so with waaay to much to drink, its no excuse, i just obviously didnt think when posting it.

For the record, the incident was probably one of the most horrific i have seen, and just reminds me why i don't bother going out on the town anymore.

To the bloke who got king hit inside, i hope he is ok.

I sincerly regret my post, and i hope all involved are ok.

Have a safe xmas and new year.

Actually better question would be, will houghton have any blokes to play footy this next year! Must have been 7 or 8 of the lads sleeping on the ground out cold tonight! Poor buggers, will have headaches in the morning... made for intersting viewing though!

Please explain?
