Somebody from a lower grade club asked the Execs that very same question at Thebarton on Saturday at the big press conference and got no answer

Yeah I cant see the SAAFL scrapping club registration fees because Thebbys better. They'll probably charge us more so they can maintain the bigger stadium.

With the 4th changeroom you'd see more higher level footy being played there

SAAFL lease it from the West Torrens Council.

Does that mean the amount the SAAFL will have to pay for the lease increases along with the upgrades? If not straight away, but when the lease needs to be renewed?
