I agree on Russell. He was a very good communicator, and his 3 years at Portland laid the foundation for the 2000 D4 flag.
Moods is a great motivator, and is the best coach i have played under. Some of his pre-game and half-time speeches made you want to run through walls for him.

I had moody as a junior coach and thought he was great!
graeme spurgeon was another coach that I hold in high regard as a coach!
