As they were last year - had they not fallen away going into finals there was every chance they could've gone up. No surprise to anyone in div 5 that they're going to be one of the teams to beat this year...

On another note...one of us is turning the big 40 today.

On another note, thanks to the HV folk who were helpful yesterday

You're welcome Mr Beef, someone had to sort you out ;)

First game at a new ground was always going to be chaos, at least you'll have it down pat for your other 8 games ;)

Apparently the new coaches boxes arrived during the week but there was no one there to lock em away so they didn't drop them off.

Your team manager left his clipboard behind with all the HV top secret info in it. If he wants it back someone will have to pm me, alternatively, I will the accept the highest bid from your up coming opposition coaches. ;)

I work around the corner from Rosies MR B and we have Valleys this week are you prepared to negotiate ;)

I actually didnt mind either of ours or Glenungas. Some decisions I thought were wrong, but I made a heap of mistakes too.

There didnt seem to be any bias towards either team from either of the umps, and they didnt effect the score at all.

Great game to watch but a very empty feeling at the end.

Miegel....freaking unit. Funny seeing a guy who stands clearly a head above his opponents and is very agile for a man his size.

How did Schoefield go?
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Cheers mate, it's not that hard, you just try to blank out the clubs and think of them as colours and try not to over-umpire, find a happy median and stick with it.
You will always make mistakes, you just don't beat yourself over them and try getting the next one right.
