Where have all the CLG boy's been this week. Maybe they are a bit nervous about playing St.Pauls this weekend.
I guarantee if they beat St. Pauls they will all be on here telling us how good they are.

scottroo, your right, it was a great game. lead changing hands on a number of ocassions.players sent off was a joke.umpiring was very inconsistant to say the least. who wears no 3,11,7 for the lions they were very good.will have to travel from interstate again for the next clash. when and where?

1st time in 3 years!
and what was it for????
grabbing a bloke by the guernsey! pffft
and full back gets sent of for being too fired up ffs
what was funny was harvey absolutely shitting himself running away after our full back got fired up after he cowardly charged someone with no intent at all for the football

and then for another bloke to drop knees into someone in a gutless manner like what happened yesterday i hope your club has the guts to do something bout it (umpires didnt see it ffs)
when a blokes on the ground trying to get up and someone deliberately drops his knees bad enough to give the player a collapesed lung was the worst thing i have seen in 16 years of senior footy.
what was another amazing thing was the umpiring of how bad it really was in the first half and then all of a sudden barry oates is there and oh the umpires lost their maroon eye!(not saying the umpires cost game) just saying they were f*cking Pathetic and biased in 1st half!

but maybe some of your blokes should stop running around telling everyone how much money they are all on and being arrogant and cocky enough to be saying 7 zip half way through the 2nd quarter cos if your spending all that money on players and can only beat a side where nobody is getting a cent by 2 points seems a waste of $ and noone i saw was worth more than $50 a game
in country leagues you would be embarrassed to take their money!

just hope we make you c*cky pricks (a grade) realise its not going to be all one way traffic this year!

oh and who ever said about horse not liking a challenge i hope he was there yesterday and has the balls to get on here and say what he thought!

scotty congratulations to your b grade they played some ok footy
i reckon williams had 38 marks in a game. phenominal but dumb by our blokes in the 2's to keep kicking it to him over and over again

Paralowie beat us with 3 players, shattering stuff, if we didnt get raped by the B grade taking players im pretty sure we would have won. And while im here ill take the chance to say build some f*cking change rooms, pulling a tarp down to separate their clubrooms into changerooms is a bloody disgrace.

Sounds like it was a good game wrecked by umpiring. Scootroo wasnt it one of your blokes who posted on here a couple of pages ago saying Paralowie were thugs running around with there elbows up? Sounds like you have some coward players who like to talk shit on the ground and here. Is it really worth paying out this money and only beating St Pauls by 2 points? I would be very confident that come finals time with Netrual umpires St Pauls with fair a bit better?. Another quote on here from you lot was Paralowies umpiring was bias. Got the good end of it yesterday?. Knowing Bradman and seing how fired up he is on here i look forward to your next meeting. Dont get him mad ffs. Maybe put the cheerleaders away and get back to grassroots football.

Bradman - could you tell me how you really feel. I think your wrap up of the day, shall I say, colour and clarity. ;)

Scottroo - I await your response to Bradman's post with interest.

Scott Matthews played for Trinity yesterday and kicked 4 goals. If my memory serves me correct he was in the power's first ever AFL squad. He also played some league footy for Woodville West Torrens and played Teal cup

Excellent summary of the game Bradman. Your wrap up of the match was spot on. The umpires ruined what was a great clash. I have never heard of a player being sent of 'for his own safety', but that is apparently what the umpire told the St Pauls full back when he sent him off. The strange thing is the full back was probably the biggest unit out there.

A personal highlight for me was the melee between both sets of supporters at half time. I counted about 50 people involved.
