gumeracha had a win yesterday saw carr in best player, and goal scorers but no Bryant

bs tell me if you heard anything about lance tutty in the c grade. went completely physco and dropped kicked a golden grove player whilst being held by someone else. was reported on 4 charges and poss looking at 16 weeks susp. heccies are a bit pissed about it and said they will life ban him. did you hear anything.

in regards to the west croydon b grade coming out late, we (the players) had no idea that we were due to go back on the oval.didnt see the umpire come in and tell us to hurry up or anything and most of us were shocked to see the heccies boys already in there spots. but i guess the coach is responsible for having us out there on time, juast another x to put next to his growing list of bad points. and then wonders why no one will train or respect him(we miss hawkeye) he took us from nothing to a finals side and now we cant even be competitive, very dissapointing

So, at this early stage boys who are the contenders to go up and who are the contenders to go down?

From what i have seen so far, Hectorville full strength are a big chance to go up and Westminster who we play in 2 weeks are undefeated still. To go down i reckon Glenunga havent won a game yet and Brahma Lodge.

The lads gave it their best shot for Beefa, we were even after the first quarter and held them in the third quarter, but they went boonta for the first half of the second quarter, kicked eight goals in the space of twelve minutes, and they kicked away in the last. WOS were good, but not brilliant, for me the current top four will make up the final top four but you'll have a fairly even fight amongst yourselves for respective positions. And all the talk on WOS has focused on O'Hara (he's fat by the way), but they've managed to get a few other very handy players.

As for us, we know we haven't been able to fully replace many key players who've left in the last eighteen months, still thought we could cover bases though, but it's exposing a lack of depth, particularly when money has been a powerful recruiting tool elsewhere. We're reassessing some areas and will try some different things, give some promising kids a go and see where that takes us.

WOS still rely heavily on warburton to get the job done week in week out. he is the key to them winning or losing.

Wouldn't say that, he barely played out of the middle, just slutted around in the forward line most of the day and picked up the easy ball. I reckon he kicked five or six in the last quarter anyway.

Will be a very good game i would think. Will give both clubs a better idea of where they are at. Would have to tip Hope Valley at home. (and also cause im extremely biased!)

Dont know about the key to them winning or losing but he is a bloody good player. In the top couple i have seen in this division over the last few years. Very hard to stop for four quarters.

hey sturtman the real reason we were out late at half time was because ur missus was in the changerooms getting some treatment from me and as you could tell by the way she was limping when she got home that she enjoyed it.
