Now this is starting to get interesting, TOS & Locks in thrillers over their more "Fancied" opponents.

Hmmmmmm still a long way to go but definatelly a very interesting comp...not much between the top 6 clubs.

Henley beat a gallant Ingle Farm side by 9 points today.
Real arm wrestle in the last quarter with the difference 3points until Henley snagged a match sealer

Did IF have any trainers? I'm told they all resigned during the week because of the coaching fiasco.

Watched very entertaining game at Lockleys. Lock in front for most of the day, hawks got within 1 goal with 10 mins to go but Locks run was the difference in the end. No5 was a stand out for me in the 1st half for Locks. Was tough and hard at times but also when the game broke open marking was a highlight.
IMO easily both are top 3 teams.
Was good to catch up with Dario and co for a few 2nd half ales. :D

Paralowie v Colonel Light Garden Wouldn't be surprised if Paralowie get up
Henley v Ingle Farm EENY MEENY MINEY MO
Kenilworth v Trinity OS Pretty impressive for a large portion of last weeks game, could be starting to gel??
Lockleys v West Croydon If W/C get the ball out of the guts their forward line will get the job done.
Mitchell Park v Houghton Districts. Confidence boosting long away win, but not by as much as people may think.

This could be my tips killer  . Good luck to all

nice tip LK :P

Ingle Farms decision to replace coach Paul Niven with former Norwood premiership player David Payne all within a few days seem very strange. Ingle farm havn't looked liked winning a match with Niven in charge and after being relegated to Div 6 last season and the likehood of again being relegated to Div 7 this season something had to change. Someone of David Payne credentials wouldn't come and coach Ingle Farm at the drop of a hat. Payne must have been approached prior to this week if he was interested in coaching Ingle Farm, after their poor start to the season. Niven resignation during the week after an altercation at the Ingle Farm footy club last saturday night has done Ingle Farm a massive favour. Niven has left Ingle Farm in a bigger mess than when he arrived and he wouldn't have been reappointed at season end anyway. Yesterday 9 points loss to Henely might be a sign that with Payne in charge, Ingle Farm can become competitive again and perhaps win a couple of matches an avoid being relegated to Div 7.

Niven has become a very convenient scapegoat (coaches seem to make perfect scapegoats). I doubt that Ingle Farm's demise can be attributed solely to him.

Henley arent that crash hot themselves so might have to look a bit further down the track for improved results.
