Have to say when we played Uni in the C4 finals last year the side was pretty much the same as the side we played all year, maybe had a few changes from the very first game but their side remained the same. I think they even ended up losing some of their better players, or one I can remember for the C4 grand final.

Pultney C Grade have forfeited this week against salisbury :( , dont know if any problems for rest of season or just a one off. Not happy seeing we have a bye the following week then Kilburn better not forfeit aswell.

Lot of uni students in that grade, exam time plus some injuries higher up probably taken their toll

Sorry beef. I am tied up with Pulteney. Very disappointing. Apologies to all the Salisbury boys.

We should be ok for the remainder of the season. We didn't have a C's last season so have been starting from scratch basically this year. We've only been getting 18-20 players each week so have been treading a fine line. Saturday exams tipped us over the edge.

Good to get a 25 goal win over Scotch today. But do appreciate they were undermanned. They busted there gut all day though, so credit to them, we know what it feels like being on that end of the scoreboard. Not fun

Oi! I'm only 92!

Great effort by Pultney today, started with 14, played majority of game with 15.
Good on ya for rocking. Good on you for playing for each other and not bitching amongst yourselves when things turned to sh*t.

I know and I drove 250 kays for the game!
I suggested to the boys we play a few less as well, but it's not me who'll be playing finals later in the year. So I can understand the desire to play a full team.

Thanks boys. Sorry it wasn't much of a contest. Hopefully we can get a few back this week and put up a decent show.

Finals are top 5 in grades with 9 or 10 (or have been in the past).
Was a final four last year as only 8 sides.

Is the Brendan Hennessy who plays for Unley the one whose brother Mick played for Elizabeth and Eastern Park?
Last I knew, Brendan was living in Clare.
