Have noticed Shane Mitchell kicking bags of goals each week. How many is he on and how old is he now (must be around 40)?

Have unfortunately had to forfeit our C4 match as we are battling with a huge injury count and unavailabilty etc.
Still expect the 21 selected to have a dip but a huge task one would think!

hopefully dragons you don't have to pull out of the C4 comp altogether as currently with other teams pulling out due to lack of numbers we have a bye every 3rd week. your C grade were real competitive when we played you so am dumbfounded that you guys are at the southern end of the ladder in C4!

Yeah agree for a 1st year team WOS C grade are real competitive so hopefully its just a one off & can get some numbers back out soon as it will be a shame if C4 goes to a 7 team competiton

Well done to Pooraka yesterday showed why they are the best team in the comp ( sorry GG ) We stuck with them for almost 3 quarters and probably had more of the ball only to cough up 4 quick goals just before the 3 quarter time break. Then we witnessed a very very good display by the Bulls in the last to sneak a lazy 11 passed us. This now shows our boys we have a long long way to go to 1st play finals and 2nd not just be there to make up the numbers.

Thanks alot to the Pooraka club for the awesome hospitality after the game, great set up and great atmosphere.

On a pleasing note and you normally dont see anything posted " nice " about the umpires. The 2 guys we had yesterday were outstanding well done.

Will be a huge challenge now for our boys to dust themselves of and try and lift for the Unley game at home this week.

Not often I get on here and have a go at the umps but the performance put up by the men in orange last Saturday at Pultney was disgusting. ](*,)

We have been pretty happy most weeks but one poor effort sours things badly,

Would be interested to here the views of any Pultney posters

Turk I think you will find one of the guys you had on Saturday umpired Woody South v WOS the previous week and most people at that game had a similar view as you on the umpiring that day.

Pretty disappointing day out at Harpers Memorial Swimming Centre on Saturday. After a spirited effort by the B grade boys from Woody South who went down by 14 points, and on the back of some promising results over the last few weeks I expected their A's to put up a good fight but to say they were massively disappointing is an understatement. Not alot of spirit amongst their A's and it seemed to me from the outside that there were plenty of blokes running around in the B's who could have easily replaced some of the A grade guys...
